Dobro ga operite i nare\u017eite na komade od 2,5cm. Tanko nare\u017eite tamnozelene vrhove. Zapravo vam je potreban samo jedan sloj poriluka, pa upotrijebite \u0161iroku, plitku posudu ili \u010dak lim za pe\u010denje. Na slabom plamenu prepr\u017eite \u010de\u0161njak i maj\u010dinu du\u0161icu na maslacu, dodajte zeleni dio poriluka, pa mije\u0161ajte sve dok \u010de\u0161njak ne omek\u0161a. Pazite da vam ne po\u017euti. Dodajte bijele komade poriluka i izmije\u0161ajte ih s maslacem, ulijte vino i temeljac. Stavite u pe\u0107nicu na 180 stupnjeva\/plin na 4 na 35 minuta, ili ostavite na \u0161tednjaku sve dok poriluk ne omek\u0161a i postane ukusan. Od maslaca, temeljca i vina nastat \u0107e sjajna gusta juha.
