Krumpire nare\u017eite na kockice od 2 cm i dodajte u posudu. Dobro promije\u0161ajte pa dodajte i in\u0107une. Poja\u010dajte plamen i ulijte bijelo vino. Kada polovica teku\u0107ine ispari, dodajte mlijeko i temeljac. Zakuhajte, pa na laganom plamenu kuhajte pola sata, da krumpiri omek\u0161aju. Potom dodajte komade bakalara, pa kuhajte jo\u0161 15 minuta, sve dok se komadi ribe ne po\u010dnu raspadati \u2013 slobodno malo promije\u0161ajte i razlomite ribu, no zgodno je ako ostane pokoji ve\u0107i komad. Pa\u017eljivo posolite i popaprite po ukusu.
