Smjesom napunite lignje \u2013 spremne su za kuhanje. U posudu ulijte vodu i zakuhajte je \u2013 na posudu mo\u017eete staviti jednu od onih jeftinijih bambusovih ko\u0161arica promjera 25cm ili poklopljeno cjedilo. Dno cjedila ravnomjerno oblo\u017eite listovima pak choia (kineskoga kelja). Pospite slatkim gra\u0161kom. Odre\u017eite krajeve mahuna i sitno ih nare\u017eite. Pospite ih po gra\u0161ku. Dodajte crni grah i \u0111umbir. Na koncu dodajte i lignje, poklopite i na pari kuhajte 7-8 minuta. U me\u0111uvremenu u mu\u017earu izgnje\u010dite 2 \u017elice crnog graha, dodajte sve ostale sastojke za preljev i dobro izmije\u0161ajte.
