Ulijte hladnu vodu pa zakuhajte. Oberite masno\u0107u s povr\u0161ine, smanjite plamen i ostavite da se 3-4 sata kuha na laganom plamenu. Povremeno oberite masno\u0107u. Procijedite kroz fino sito, ostavite pola sata da se ohladi, pa stavite u hladnjak. Kada se temeljac posve ohladi trebao bi biti bistar i boje jantara. Uliti ga u plasti\u010dne posudice s poklopcem i zamrznuti.
