Koristite li svje\u017ee pripremljenu tjesteninu, istovremeno dodajte i mahune, kojima \u0107e tako\u0111er trebati tek 3 minute; koristite li su\u0161enu tjesteninu, mahune dodajte 3 minute prije nego \u0161to \u0107e tjestenina biti kuhana. Ne brinite se previ\u0161e ako vam se krumpiri po\u010dnu raspadati, jer se i u Genovi doga\u0111a da su, naru\u010dite li ovo jelo, mahune premekane, a krumpiri raskuhani, no okus i unato\u010d tome ostaje bo\u017eanstven. Kada se krumpiri, tjestenina i mahune skuhaju, ocijedite ih i sa\u010duvajte malo vode od kuhanja. Sada krumpire, tjesteninu i mahune&nbsp; stavite u veliku zdjelu s pestom. Promije\u0161ajte, kako bi tjestenina dobro upila umak, dodajte malo vode od kuhanja, pa \u0107ete dobiti rje\u0111i i laganiji umak \u2013 sve skupa ne bi trebalo biti previ\u0161e ljepljivo. Po ukusu dodajte soli i papra i odmah poslu\u017eite.
