Pa\u017eljivo promije\u0161ajte i dodajte maslinovo ulje &#8211; treba vam tek toliko da pove\u017ee sve sastojke, te da umak postane gusto teku\u0107i. Posolite i popaprite po ukusu, pa dodajte preostali sir. Dodajte jo\u0161 malo ulja pa ponovno ku\u0161ajte. Po potrebi dodajte jo\u0161 malo sira ili jo\u0161 malo ulja, sve dok ne budete posve zadovoljni okusom i gusto\u0107om.
