Isto ponovite i s lukom (ljutikom), izvadite ga kad postane zlatno\u017eut. Tako ih mo\u017eete pe\u0107i i u par runda, da se naviknete na postupak. Ulje bacite tek kada se ohladi. Poto\u010darku razdijelite na 4 tanjura. Izvadite ribu iz hladnjaka i osu\u0161ite papirnatim ubrusom. O\u0161trim no\u017eem tanko nare\u017eite filete, pa ih, ne preuredno, polo\u017eite na poto\u010darku.
