Ku\u0161ajte &#8211; vjerojatno \u0107e trebati dodati malo soli. Razre\u017eite ljuske rakova ili kozica du\u017e le\u0111a, otvorite ih i iz svakog izvadite malu venu i glavu. Tako \u0107e ljep\u0161e izgledati i imat \u0107e ve\u0107u povr\u0161inu, pa \u0107e ih kiselina br\u017ee &#8220;skuhati&#8221;. Rakove ubacite u vre\u0107icu s preljevom, iz nje istisnite zrak, zave\u017eite je i ostavite pola sata. Rakove razdijelite u 4 zdjelice, pa ih prelijte preljevom, Po \u017eelji, mo\u017eete upotrijebiti i 4 lista banane. Stavite listove nad plamen pa \u0107e postati tamnozeleni i odli\u010dno \u0107e zamirisati.
