Uzeti jednu pala\u010dinku.  Na pala\u010dinku staviti sir, preklopiti pala\u010dinku da se dobro zatvori. Vratiti na zagrijanu tavu, pustiti da se malo zape\u010de, preokrenuti i zape\u0107i i s druge strane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa svake strane pe\u0107i oko 20 sekundi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pala\u010dinke punjene \u0161unkom i sirom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Napraviti pala\u010dinke po osnovnom receptu i slo\u017eiti ih sa strane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u017eno je koristiti finu i kvalitetnu \u0161unku kako bi rezultat bio dobar. Lo\u0161a \u0161unka \u0107e pokvariti dojam, neovisno o tome koliko su pala\u010dinke lijepo ispe\u010dene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Na ispe\u010denu pala\u010dinku staviti \u0161unku i sir, premotati i vratiti u zagrijanu tavu, zape\u0107i sa svake strane po 20 sekundi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Druga opcija je da se izlije malo tijesta u tavu, stavi sir i \u0161unka (mo\u017ee u komadu ili nasjeckana na male komadi\u0107e) i kada se sjedini s tijestom, dodati jo\u0161 tijesta za pala\u010dinke preko sira i \u0161unke, potom okrenuti pala\u010dinku i zape\u0107i i drugu stranu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pala\u010dinke s ov\u010djim sirom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je malo kompliciranija varijanta punjenja pala\u010dinki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>0,5 kg sira<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>malo soli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 \u017eumanjka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>snijeg od 4 bjelanjka<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dodatno:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>malo mlijeka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u017elica maslaca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cijela jaja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Odvojeno umutiti 1\/2 kg ov\u010djeg sira, posoliti ga ako nije dovoljno slan, dodati 3-4 \u017eumanjka i na kraju snijeg od 4 bjelanjka.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Sve dobro promije\u0161ati i nadijevati pala\u010dinke. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Namazati posudu ma\u0161\u0107u i na dno posude ra\u0161iriti jedni nesmotanu pala\u010dinku, preliti je sirom, pa staviti drugu pala\u010dinku, isto tako nesmotanu, pa tako redom dok ne potro\u0161imo sve pala\u010dinke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>U ostatak mase od sira dodati mlijeka, staviti \u017elicu rastopljenog maslaca, 100 g vrhnja i 2 cijela jaja.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Masu posoliti, promije\u0161ati i preliti preko naslaganih pala\u010dinki.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Potom posudu staviti u vru\u0107u pe\u0107nicu i pe\u0107i 45 minuta, a zatim pripravak prebaciti na plitak tanjur i odmah poslu\u017eiti kao predjelo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako da pala\u010dinke sa sirom ostanu tople?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom da je efekt pala\u010dinki punjenih sirom najbolji kada su tople, ako ih se ne\u0107e poslu\u017eiti odmah, dok s pripremaju pala\u010dinke zagrijati pe\u0107nicu na 50 stupnjeva, slo\u017eiti gotove pala\u010dinke u pleh, te staviti u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu i tako \u010duvati dok se ne poslu\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koji sir koristiti za pala\u010dinke punjene sirom?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017ee se koristiti bilo koji sir, ali je ljep\u0161e ako se koristi masniji sir, koji se onda lijepo otopi i daje tu posebnu \u010dar punjenim pala\u010dinkama. Sir s minimalno 45% masno\u0107e bi bio dobar izbor. Mo\u017ee se staviti i tvrdi i svje\u017ei sir, efekt \u0107e biti druga\u010diji. Ako se \u017eeli sir koji se rastopi i skoro razvla\u010di bolje je koristiti tvrdi sir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treba li u pala\u010dinke dodavati mineralnu vodu?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U nekim receptima stoji da se dodaje mineralna voda, u nekim ne. U \u010demu je razlika? Radim na oba na\u010dine pala\u010dinke, te ako nemam mineralne vode, presko\u010dim je. Ali pala\u010dinke u koje dodam mineralnu vodu su nekako finije i tijesto je bolje. Ako imam mineralnu uvijek dodam malo mineralne vode jer pala\u010dinke s mineralnom vodom ispadaju bolje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010cim puniti pala\u010dinke?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Punjenje pala\u010dinki je zanimljiv proces koji ostavlja mogu\u0107nost kreativnosti. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se pune sirom. Na isti na\u010din mogu se puniti pala\u010dinke sirom, sirom i \u0161unkom, \u0161pekom, mogu se dodati za\u010dini poput papra, \u010dili papri\u010dice i sli\u010dno ako se \u017eeli malo lju\u0107i efekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako servirati pala\u010dinke punjene sirom?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pala\u010dinke kada se napune sirom mogu se preklopiti na \u010detvrtinu, tako zape\u0107i i poslu\u017eiti. Tako\u0111er, pala\u010dinke se mogu zarolati i kod poslu\u017eivanja prepoloviti ili izrezati na \u0161nite kao rolat.
