Blan\u0161irajte kratko u vreloj vodi. Stavite vodu da proklju\u010da, kada je voda klju\u010dala, stavite u nju \u0161pinat i kuhajte 1 do 3 minute, a zatim procijedite. \u0160to je \u0161pinat stariji to ga treba du\u017ee kuhati. Izvadite \u0161pinat i nare\u017eite na sitne komadi\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U posebnoj zdjeli razmutite jaja, dodajte teku\u0107e sastojke, a zatim bra\u0161no i nasjeckani \u0161pinat. Sve dobro izmije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nauljite lim za pe\u010denje.
