Najbolji na\u010din da ne prekuhate ri\u017eu, ali i da ne ostane previ\u0161e tvrda je da slijedite upute s pakiranja. Ipak, ispod donosimo osnovne smjernice koliko dugo kuhati ri\u017eu ovisno o tipu ri\u017ee, ako ste izgubili pakiranje ili ne mo\u017eete prona\u0107i upute za pripremu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kuhanje ri\u017ee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Koliko dugo treba kuhati ri\u017eu ovisi o vrsti ri\u017ee kao i da li se radi o bijeloj ili integralnoj ri\u017ei. Treba voditi ra\u010duna o vremenu kuhanja, te o koli\u010dini vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako se kuha ri\u017ea?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>U osnovi su dva na\u010dina kuhanja ri\u017ee. Ri\u017ea se kuha samo u vodi, dobije se bijela ri\u017ea koja se koristi za druga jela ili poslu\u017euje za prilog. Uz ovako skuhanu ri\u017eu dobro ide gula\u0161, meso s umakom i sli\u010dno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druga opcija je da se ri\u017ea doda u umak, u gula\u0161, drugom povr\u0107u, radi kao \u0111uve\u010d. U ovom slu\u010daju ri\u017ea kuhanjem upija druge okuse, te je druga\u010dijeg okusa nego kuhana samo u vodi. Ri\u017ea se ovako mo\u017ee pripremiti i samo s mesom, gdje se meso zapr\u017ei i potom doda ri\u017ea, malo pirja i dodaje voda ili temeljac za juhu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ri\u017ea se u tom slu\u010daju mo\u017ee dodati i malo pirjati da poprimi bolje okuse, a potom se ulijeva voda. Ili se mo\u017ee prvo doliti voda, a kada prokuha dodaje se i ri\u017ea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kuhanje ri\u017ee- Koliko dugo se kuha BIJELA ri\u017ea<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bijela ri\u017ea \u0107e se skuhati br\u017ee od integralne ri\u017ee. Kuhanje ri\u017ee je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e u loncu. Koliko se kuha ru\u017ea u loncu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-5-background-color has-background\"><em>Ako pripremate ri\u017eu u loncu kuhajte ri\u017eu 15 \u2013 20 minuta.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuhanje ri\u017ee u loncu je najoptimalniji na\u010din. Ri\u017ea se priprema relativno brzo, a ovo je i najuobi\u010dajeniji na\u010din kuhanja ri\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kuhanje ri\u017ee &#8211; Koliko dugo se kuha ri\u017ea u pe\u0107nici<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-5-background-color has-background\"><em>Ukoliko pripremate ri\u017eu u pe\u0107nici kuhajte je 35 do 45 minuta<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema ri\u017ee u pe\u0107nici ne\u0161to je sporija, ali prakti\u010dnija, jer jednom kada ri\u017eu stavite u pe\u0107nicu ne trebate je mije\u0161ati, tek namjestiti termostat da biste provjerili kada je gotova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kuhanje ri\u017ee &#8211; Koliko dugo se kuha ri\u017ea u mikrovalnoj<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-5-background-color has-background\"><em>Ukoliko kuhate ri\u017eu u mikrovalnoj pe\u0107nici kuhajte je 12 do 15 minuta.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuhanje ri\u017ee u mikrovalnoj pe\u0107nici je najbr\u017ei na\u010din. Koristite mikrovalnu pe\u0107nicu za kuhanje ri\u017ee kada vam treba brzi obrok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kuhanje ri\u017ee &#8211; Koliko dugo se kuha integralna ri\u017ea<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Za pripremu integralne ri\u017ee tako\u0111er \u010ditajte upute, ali za nju je tipi\u010dno da i ako je pripremate po uputama uglavnom ostane nedovoljno kuhana i tvrda. Trik za kuhanje integralne ri\u017ee je ne\u0161to sli\u010dno kao kod pripreme grahorica graha i slanutka, da je potopite preko no\u0107i i sutradan koristite za recepte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Trik za ukusnu pripremu integralne ri\u017ee je da je no\u0107 prije potopite u hladnoj vodi. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-5-background-color has-background\">Integralnu ri\u017eu kuhajte u loncu 20 do 30 minuta. Kod pripreme integralne ri\u017ee u pe\u0107nici kuhajte je oko 45 minuta. Ali ako se radi ri\u017ea u umaku i s drugim sastojcima tada je bitan i omjer ri\u017ee i vode. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to se ri\u017ea kra\u0107e kuha (\u0161to \u0107ete pro\u010ditati na uputama) to je potreban manji omjer vode i ri\u017ee za kuhanje, jer je takva ri\u017ea manje isu\u0161ena. U pravilu se za ri\u017ee koje se kuhaju du\u017ee od 20 minuta koristi omjer 1:3, a to zna\u010di da na \u0161alicu ri\u017ee stavite 3 \u0161alice vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-5-background-color has-background\">Osnovni omjer ri\u017ee i za kuhanje ri\u017ee je vode 1:3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za ri\u017ee koje se kuhaju kra\u0107e od 15 minuta koristite omjer vode 1:2, a to zna\u010di da na jednu \u0161alicu ri\u017ee stavite dvije \u0161alice vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Koliko vode staviti za kuhanje ri\u017ee u mikrovalnoj pe\u0107nici<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Za kuhanje u mikrovalnoj pe\u0107nici dodajte jo\u0161 pola \u0161alice vode. Tako \u010de za ri\u017ee koje se kra\u0107e kuhaju biti potreban omjer 1:2,5, na \u0161alicu ri\u017ee dvije i pol \u0161alice vode, a za ri\u017ee koje se du\u017ee kuhaju na jednu \u0161alicu stavite tri i pol \u0161alice vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pirjanje ri\u017ee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ri\u017eu mo\u017eete i pirjati, tako da stavite malo ulja i vrlo malo vode na dno lonca ili tave, a zatim cijelo vrijeme dolijevate po malo vode. Ovakav princip kuhanje ri\u017ee je znatno ukusniji, ali problem je \u0161to cijelo vrijeme morate stajati uz ri\u017eu i mije\u0161ati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kuhanje ri\u017ee u loncu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Operite ri\u017eu. Stavite u lonac 1 \u010da\u0161u ri\u017ee i 3 \u010da\u0161e vode. Pustite da proklju\u010da, a zatim smanjite temperaturu tako da blago klju\u010da, ali ne iskipi. Za\u010dinite po \u017eelji. Promije\u0161ajte. Nakon \u0161to je ri\u017ea kuhana, maknite je sa \u0161tednjaka i ostavite 10 minuta da odmara prije poslu\u017eivanja. Poslu\u017eite uz umak po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op\u0107enito pravilo je da \u0161to je ri\u017ea kra\u0107a, da je to ljepljivija. Ipak, ljepljiva ne zna\u010di gumenasta, pa ako vam je u kona\u010dnici pripremljena ri\u017ea ispala gumenasta, ne\u0161to ste pogrije\u0161ili u receptu.
