Ovako pripremljen \u0161pinat sa\u010duvat \u0107e najvi\u0161e izvornih nutrijenata i okusa. Kod kuhanja u vodi potrebno je imati jako veliku koli\u010dinu vode i veliki lonac, za relativno malo krajnje skuhanog \u0161pinata.
