Kuhati sve skupa, te kada je skuhano procijediti, ujedna\u010diti \u0161tapnim mikserom. Ovisno o debljini \u0161paroga bit \u0107e potrebno 7 do 10 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nasjeckati \u0161paroge. Umutiti jaja, sol i malo mlijeka ili vrhnja, te dodati sira po \u017eelji. Dodati i \u0161paroge. Sve skupa dobro izmije\u0161ati. Na tavi zagrijati ulje, te dodati smjesu jaja, \u0161paroga i vrhnja. Blan\u0161irati ih u vodi oko 5 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na zagrijano maslinovo ulje dodati ri\u017eu, malo dinstati, dodati bijelog vina&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potom dodati povrtni temeljac ILI vodu i kocku za juhu  ILI se mo\u017ee dodati sol, papar, mljeveni bijeli luk i voda. Kada je ri\u017ea na pola skuhana dodati i \u0161paroge te kuhati jo\u0161 5 do 10 minuta. Na kraju dodati malo maslaca kako bi ri\u017eoto bio kremastiji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017ee se poslu\u017eiti s parmezanom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ri\u017eoto se mo\u017ee pripremiti i na na\u010din da se prije ri\u017ee popr\u017ei malo pancete, zatim dodaje ri\u017ea. Kada slanina dobije malo boje dodati skuhane \u0161paroge.
