Opna je pomalo gorkastog okusa pa mnogi gule opnu, ali opna je u potpunosti jestiva, te se mo\u017ee pripremati i s njom. \u0160to je bob stariji, to opna mo\u017ee imati trpkiji okus, me\u0111utim, mnogi ba\u0161 vole bobo zbog tog okusa, te ne \u017eele guljenjem opne izgubiti okus boba, da bi dobili jo\u0161 jedno neutralno jelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukoliko kuhate bob iz smrznute kupovne vre\u0107ice postupak pripreme je potpuno druga\u010diji od onog kada kupujete doma\u0107i bob ili pravite iz svog vrta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dugo se kuha bob<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako kuhate smrznuti kupovni bob iz vre\u0107ice slijedite upute o du\u017eini napisane na uputi vre\u0107ice. Ukoliko ne poznajete kvalitetu to\u010dno odre\u0111enog boba i niste iz iste berbe kuhali ve\u0107 ranije, nemojte kuhati jela s bobom kada ste na knap s vremenom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukoliko \u017eelite guliti opnu s boba, kuhanje, odnosno ukupna priprema jela od boba, \u0107e trajati du\u017ee. Tada trebate prvo prokuhati kratko bob. Ohladiti. Skinuti sa svakog pojedinog boba opnu. Zatim ponovno kuhati 15 minuta. Ukoliko kuhate bob s opnom, vrijeme kuhanja \u0107e varirati ovisno o tvrdo\u0107i boba. Kada je bobo skoro kuhan zapo\u010deti s pripremom ostalih sastojaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U drugom loncu pirjati jedan nasjeckani luk na malo ulja. Dodati \u010de\u0161njaka, malo posoliti, popapriti.  Izrezati slaninu na kockice, pa kratko popr\u017eiti s lukom. Staviti 700 ml vode.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada voda proklju\u010da dodati tjesteninu i procije\u0111eni skuhani bob. Kuhati jo\u0161 koliko je potrebno da se tjestenina skuha (pro\u010ditati na uputama s vre\u0107ice).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukoliko \u017eelite gu\u0161\u0107e varivo (s manje teku\u0107ine), mo\u017eete odvojeno skuhati tjesteninu, procijediti, kao i bob, te tek na kraju sve spojiti i dodati vode po \u017eelji. Meni je dra\u017ee gu\u0161\u0107e, pa ja osobno odvojeno sve kuham, te tek na kraju spajam kako bi bolje mogla kontrolirati gusto\u0107u variva, ali posti\u0107i da se tjestenina ne raskuha previ\u0161e i ostane al dente.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U \u0161alici zamutiti 1 dl vode, jednu \u010dajnu \u017eli\u010dicu bra\u0161na, pola \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dice mljevene paprike, jednu \u017elicu pasirane raj\u010dice i pola \u017eli\u010dice vegete. Sve promije\u0161ati da nema grudica bra\u0161na, te izliti u varivo od tjestenine i boba. Dobro promije\u0161ati. Kada ponovno sve skupa provrije.
