Ovi u\u0161tipci sli\u010dni su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=25672\">bezglutenskim palana\u010dkima<\/a>, ali su bez jaja, te su hrskaviji, te meni mnogo vi\u0161e odgovaraju sa slanim namazima i prilozima, od pala\u010dinki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recepte za bezglutenske u\u0161tipke napravila sam od <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=22528\">recepta za obi\u010dne hercegova\u010dke u\u0161tipke<\/a>, te tek zamijenila bra\u0161no bezglutenskim bra\u0161nom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sastojci za bezglutenske u\u0161tipke od mje\u0161avine bra\u0161na<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>200 ml vode<br>4 \u017elice prepunjene bezglutenskog bra\u0161na ,u ovom slu\u010daju (1 \u017elica zobenog bra\u0161na, 1 \u017elica heljdinog i dvije \u017elice kukuruznog bra\u0161na).<br>1\/4 \u017eli\u010dice soli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ulje za pr\u017eenje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Priprema bezglutenskih u\u0161tipaka od mje\u0161avine bra\u0161na<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve dobro zamijesiti. Grudica ne bi trebalo biti, te \u0107ete s lako\u0107om zamijesiti sastojke jer se ova bra\u0161na jako dobro mije\u0161aju sa vodom i otapaju u vodi, puno bolje nego obi\u010dno bijelo bra\u0161no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobit \u0107ete smjesu teksture teku\u0107e paste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zagrijte ulje i izlijevajte na tavu oblike kave \u017eelite dobiti, okrugle ili ovalne u\u0161tipke ili duguljaste. Oni ne moraju biti samo izbor osobama na bezglutenskoj prehrani, nego i svima koji \u017eele unijeti raznovrsnosti, te vi\u0161e koristiti i druge vrste bra\u0161na. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meni su dobar izbor kada ujutro za doru\u010dak nemam kruha, bilo da mi trebaju bezglutenski u\u0161tipci ili da \u017eelim ne\u0161to druga\u010dije, kako bi i sam doru\u010dak bio od dana do dan razli\u010dit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dugo se peku bezglutenski u\u0161tipci od mje\u0161avine bra\u0161na?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bezglutenski u\u0161tipci se u prosjeku peku oko minuta s jedne strane te jo\u0161 3 do 5 minuta s druge strane. Duljina pe\u010denja \u0107e ovisiti o debljini bezglutenskih u\u0161tipaka, kao i temperaturi na kojoj se peku. Iako se br\u017ee pe\u010du na ja\u010doj vatri, ne bi trebala biti previ\u0161e jaka kako ne bi potamnili prije nego \u0161to se unutra ispeku. Bezglutensku mje\u0161avinu izlijevajte na vru\u0107e ulje, \u0161to je ulje bolje zagrijano, one \u0107e upiti u po\u010detku upiti manje bra\u0161na. Nakon \u0161to ih izlijete, mo\u017eete malo smanjiti temperaturu kako bi se ravnomjerno i u sredini ispekli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Na kojem ulju pe\u0107i bezglutenske u\u0161tipke od mje\u0161avine bra\u0161na?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017ee se koristiti bilo koje ulje koje se uobi\u010dajeno koristi za pr\u017eenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kojeg oblika trebaju biti bezglutenski u\u0161tipci?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se radi o nekoj varijanti ovalnog oblika, no to \u0107e ovisiti o tome kako razlijete tijesto. Ako ih pe\u010dete istovremeno vi\u0161e u tavi, prvo okrenite one koji su manji i tanji, te njih i prve vadite iz tave.
