Me\u0111utim, u tom slu\u010daju \u0107ete morati dodati jo\u0161 neke zdrave sastojke kako biste pobolj\u0161ali nutricionisti\u010dku vrijednost, te svakako odabrati zdraviji nadjev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zbog \u010dega su obi\u010dne pala\u010dinke nezdrave?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=25936\">Obi\u010dne pala\u010dinke<\/a> napravljene su s bijelim bra\u0161nom, puno \u0161e\u0107era te se u njih stavlja jako puno ulja. Posebno su nezdrave pripremljene sa ve\u0107 predgotovljenim smjesama, gdje se dodaju umjetne arome i konzervansi, zgu\u0161njiva\u010di i sli\u010dni sastojci. Povrh svega stavljaju se \u010dokoladni nadjevi ili sirupi od \u0161e\u0107era. Velika koli\u010dina sirupa ili nekvalitetne marmelade je zapravo \u010disti \u0161e\u0107er s malo arome. Obi\u010dne pala\u010dinke s namazom punih \u0161e\u0107era su zapravo mno\u0161tvo rafiniranih ugljikohidrata koje gotovo nemaju vrijednih sastojaka. Nakon konzumacije takvih pala\u010dinki pove\u0107avaju se trigliceridi u krvi, a sve to je \u0161tetno op\u0107enito za zdravlje, posebno kardiovaskularni sustav. S druge strane takve pala\u010dinke nutricionisti\u010dki su prazne, te su pala\u010dinke nutricionisti\u010dki bezvrijedne, a takve <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=58695\">pala\u010dinke su pune kalorija<\/a>, te dodatno i debljaju. <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=58695\">Zdrave pala\u010dinke imaju pribli\u017eno sli\u010dno kalorija<\/a>, ali to nisu prazne kalorije, nego su zdrave pala\u010dinke nutricionisti\u010dki vrijedno jelo, koje sadr\u017ei zdrav omjer proteina, masno\u0107a i ugljikohidrata, sadr\u017ee vlakna, te su bogate vitaminima i mineralima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako pala\u010dinke mogu biti zdrave?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada pravite pala\u010dinke od samog po\u010detka one mogu biti zaista vrijedan obrok i mnogo s mnogo zdravih sastojaka. Za po\u010detak mo\u017eete zamijeniti bijelo bra\u0161no, integralnim bra\u0161nom od cjelovitih \u017eitarica ili jo\u0161 bolji pirovim integralnim bra\u0161nom. Mo\u017eete, udio obi\u010dnog bra\u0161na zamijeniti mljevenim \u017eitaricama ili su\u0161enim grahoricama, a za nadjeve odabrati vo\u0107ne preljeve. Tako\u0111er, obi\u010dno ulje treba zamijeniti zdravijom verzijom, a bijeli \u0161e\u0107er zdravijim opcijama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zdrave pala\u010dinke<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bijelo obi\u010dno bra\u0161no zamijenite integralnim pirovim, te bra\u0161nom sjemenki i grahorica koje je puno proteina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obi\u010dno mlijeko zamijenite mlijekom bez laktoze.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sol zamijenite himalajskom soli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0160e\u0107er zamijenite melasom, medom ili muscovado \u0161e\u0107erom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suncokretovo ulje zamijenite kokosovim uljem koje bolje podnosi visoke temperature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pala\u010dinke nemojte pr\u017eiti u ulju, nego ih pecite na kvalitetnim neprijanjaju\u010dim podlogama.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010cokoladne namaze ili kupovne marmelade u kojima je \u0161e\u0107er glavni sastojak zamijenite doma\u0107im d\u017eemovima od vo\u0107a ili vo\u0107nim preljevima koje ste sami napravili.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zdrave pala\u010dinke \u0107e na prvu pogled izgledati malo tamnije ili druga\u010dije, ali nikako ne\u0107e izgubiti na okusu, dapa\u010de okus \u0107e dobiti novu dimenziju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ispod su zdrave pala\u010dinke koje \u0107e minimalno izgledom biti izmijenjene u odnosu na prave pala\u010dinke, a opet, biti \u0107e zdravi obrok. Jednom kada se uhodate, mo\u017eete udio bra\u0161na zamijeniti bilo kojim mljevenim \u017eitaricama ili sjemenkama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recept za zdrave pala\u010dinke:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2 jaja<br>pola \u010da\u0161e vode<br>pola \u010da\u0161e mineralne<br>pola \u010da\u0161e mlijeka bez laktoze<br>1 \u017elica bra\u0161na od slanutka<br>1 \u017elica zobenog bra\u0161na<br>1\/2 \u017elice bra\u0161na od lanenih sjemenki<br>1\/2 \u017elice bra\u0161na mljevenog dalmatinskog roga\u010da (mo\u017eete upotrijebiti i drugi roga\u010d, ali je komi\u0161ki roga\u010d svjetliji i sitnije mljeven)<br>3 \u017elice bra\u0161na od pira (pirovog bra\u0161na)<br>1\/4 \u017eli\u010dice himalajske soli<br>1 \u017elica melase ili muscovado \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 \u017elice omek\u0161anog kokosovog ulja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pjenasto zamijesiti jaja i \u0161e\u0107er mikserom. Dodati sve ostale sastojke osim ulja pa zamijesiti jo\u0161 malo mikserom. Dodati ulje te promije\u0161ati ru\u010dno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa\u017eljivo pe\u0107i u tavi za pala\u010dinke koju je potrebno tek malo namastiti kokosovim uljem. Pe\u0107i pala\u010dinku po pala\u010dinku.
