Ok, jest bezglutenski, ali uglavnom su ta bra\u0161na s jako puno \u0161kroba i dodataka. Ri\u017eino bra\u0161no mo\u017eete kupiti, a mo\u017eete i sami napraviti mljevenjem ri\u017ee po izboru, jednako kao \u0161to i zobeno bra\u0161no mo\u017eete kupiti, a mo\u017eete ga napraviti mljevenjem zobenih pahuljica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jaje u bezglutenskom kruhu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaje je jako bitan sastojak ovog kruha jer sprje\u010dava mrvljenje i u\u010dvr\u0161\u0107uje strukturu kruha. Ne morate se brinuti za <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=58869\">kalorije, jer jaja<\/a> imaju svakako manje <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=54153\">kalorija od bra\u0161na<\/a>, pa \u0107e ukupni kruh biti manje kalori\u010dan, nego da ga radite s istom koli\u010dinom bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koji program na peka\u010du izabrati?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj kruh najbolje je praviti na ultra kratkom programu jer kada sam probala radit na du\u017eim programima uvijek sam imala problem da bi tijesto prebrzo nado\u0161lo pa se tijekom pe\u010denja ispuhao te bi ostajala rupa u sredini, a rezultat bi bio gotovo nejestiv kruh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bezglutenski kruh od mje\u0161avine bra\u0161na<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je kombinacija koja se meni pokazala kao najbolji omjer za pripremu jestivog bezglutenskog kruha, a da se ipak u pripremi koristi puno vi\u0161e \u010distog bra\u0161na nego koliko bi se koristilo kori\u0161tenjem isklju\u010divo neke mje\u0161avine za kruh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ocat u bezglutenskom kruhu od mje\u0161avine bra\u0161na<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zbog \u010dega ide ocat u kruh nisam sigurna, ali sam negdje pro\u010ditala da ka pekari dodaju i imam neki osje\u0107aj da zaista kruh bude bolji ako dodam \u017elicu octa, iako ne preferiram \u010disti ocat nego radije stavim aceto balsamico (balzami\u010dni ocat).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bezglutenski kruh iz peka\u010da<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bezglutenski kruh je u svakom slu\u010daju zahtjevan, te ne izgleda kao uobi\u010dajeni kruh od p\u0161eni\u010dnog ili nekog sli\u010dnog bra\u0161na. Bezglutenski kruh upravo zbog izostanka glutena u bra\u0161nu druga\u010dije reagira i druga\u010dije se odnosno te\u017ee se di\u017ee tijesto. Gluten u bra\u0161nu poma\u017ee u procesu razvoja i dizanja kruha, te bezglutenski kruh zbog toga ozgleda druga\u010dije. Ve\u0107ina bezglutenskih kruhova, kupovni i doma\u0107i su tvr\u0111e konzistencije i lak\u0161e se mrve. Iako bezglutenski kruh iz peka\u010da nije bli\u017ee standardnom kruhu od pravljenog na tradicionalni na\u010din on ima prednost da ga je puno jednostavnije napraviti. Kada prona\u0111ete neki omjer koji vam odgovara, i kada imate sve sastojke, dovoljno je u nekoliko minuta ubaciti sve sastojke u peka\u010d, te nakon toga nemate vi\u0161e ni\u0161ta s pravljenjem kruha. Ta jednostavnost pravljenja kruha u peka\u010du mi je odli\u010dna, jer mi je puno manji problem napraviti i bezglutenski kruh kada se s njim ne moram puno baviti.
