(re\u017eanj \u010de\u0161njaka je po \u017eelji)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da bi satara\u0161 imao dobru teksturu pri kraju pripreme dosta je bitno stavljati povr\u0107e ovim redoslijedom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Staviti \u017elicu do dvije maslinovog ulja, tek toliko da pokrije duboku tavu u kojoj \u0107ete pripremati satara\u0161 &#8211; \u0161al\u0161u u\u0161porko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zatim rezati ovim redom povr\u0107e i dodavati da se pirja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nasjeckati luk i staviti na vrelo ulje. Malo posoliti pustiti da se pirja, ali paziti da ne posme\u0111i. Dok se luk pirja o\u010distiti i narezati paprike. Staviti i njih da se dinstaju. Dodati \u017elicu octa i po potrebi vode, kako ne bi posme\u0111ilo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U me\u0111uvremenu uz \u010desto mije\u0161anje o\u010distiti i narezati patlid\u017ean i tikvice. Dodati ih da se pirjaju. Po potrebi dodati malo vode, ali ne previ\u0161e kako se povr\u0107e ne bi kuhalo nego da se pirja najvi\u0161e u vlastitom soku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dok se lagano sve pirja narezati raj\u010dicu i dodati. Raj\u010dica \u0107e sve skupa razrijediti, pa pustiti da se pirja jo\u0161 neko vrijeme, maksimalno 20 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dalmatinski satara\u0161<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za razliku od slavonskog ili bosanskog satara\u0161a ovaj satara\u0161 se ne raskuhava, nego se povr\u0107e dovede do faze da je omek\u0161alo, ali da nije izgubilo svoju teksturu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj satara\u0161 nema dodatnih za\u010dina poput bra\u0161na ili jaja koji se dodaju u nekim drugim verzijama kako bi se zgusnuo, te je u tome njegova posebnost. Budu\u0107i da se povr\u0107e dodaje postupno navedenim redoslijedom, svako \u0107e se dovoljno obraditi i omek\u0161ati da bi bilo ukusno. Ovakav satara\u0161 mo\u017eete pripremiti i bez patlid\u017eana ili tikvice, ukoliko ih nemate kod ku\u0107e, ali je ipak okus najbolji kada se sve priprema po receptu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obratite pa\u017enju u fazi kada dodate patlid\u017ean i tikvice, vjerojatno \u0107e trebati dodati najvi\u0161e vode jer iz njih voda sporije isparava, pa da ne bi povr\u0107e zagorjelo potrebno je dodati malo vode. Ocat ne\u0107e utjecati na okus, ali \u0107e pomo\u0107i da se povr\u0107e finije pirja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U cijelom postupku pripreme satara\u0161a dosta je bitno da se sol dodaje na samom po\u010detku, zato \u0161to kada se dodaje sol kod termi\u010dke obrade hrane pove\u0107ava se to\u010dka vrenja, pa to poma\u017ee da se povr\u0107e obra\u0111uje na nijansu vi\u0161oj temperaturi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/dalmatinski-sataras-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/dalmatinski-sataras-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26734\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/dalmatinski-sataras-2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/dalmatinski-sataras-2-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>U Dalmaciji se satara\u0161 poslu\u017euje kao samostalno jelo ili kao prilog mesu i rje\u0111e ribi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zanimljivo je da Dalmatinci ne koriste tradicionalno rije\u010d satara\u0161, ali ovo jelo pripremaju odavnina. Nazivaju ga \u0161al\u0161a u \u0161porko ili \u0161porka \u0161al\u0161a. Ali ovo jelo nije zapravo \u0161al\u0161a koja je ukuhava dugo vremena i sprema za zimnicu kao obi\u010dna \u0161al\u0161a nego jelo ili prilog koji se vrlo brzo priprema i u kojem se sa\u010duva tekstura svakog pojedinog povr\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U recept mo\u017eete dodati jo\u0161 mediteranske za\u010dine i ako \u017eelite neko povr\u0107e koje imate ili preferirate, jedino \u0161to trebate paziti da u jelo ne dodate mrkvu, jer ona potpuno mijenja okus i \u010dini ovo jelo gotovo nejestivim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako volite lju\u0107e za\u010dine i okuse, mo\u017eete dodati i pola ili jednu cijelu ljutu papri\u0107icu. Ljuta papri\u010dica ne mijenja okus, samo ga \u010dini ljutim, ali se odli\u010dno uklapa u ovo jelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toplo se poslu\u017euje kao glavno jelo ili prilog, a ako ga ohladite dobivate odli\u010dan umak za nachose ili \u010dips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je jako zdravo i bogato jelo posebno u ljetnim mjesecima kada nam treba zdrava i nutricionisti\u010dki bogata hrana, a da nije optere\u0107ena kalorijama i masno\u0107ama. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/dalmatinski-sataras-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/dalmatinski-sataras-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26735\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/dalmatinski-sataras-3.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/dalmatinski-sataras-3-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Iako sam ovom prilikom satara\u0161 pripremala u teflonskoj dubokoj tavi, teflonsko posu\u0111e neka vam bude zadnji odabir za sva jela koja se trebaju zgusnuti poput pudinga, be\u0161amel umaka ili gula\u0161a, jer se u teflonu najte\u017ee posti\u017ee \u017eeljena tekstura.
