Jednostavan je i brz recept. Obrok je gotov za onoliko vremena koliko vam treba da se skuha tjestenina, \u0161to ovisi i o tome kakvu tjesteninu imate. Mo\u017ee se koristiti spirale, makarone, \u0161pagete&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160pinat mo\u017eete nasjecakti, ali ja radije koristim sjeckalicu ili blender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrebno je skuhati tjesteninu, u me\u0111uvremenu pomije\u0161ati sastojke u blenderu, napraviti be\u0161amel (ili koristiti vrhnje za kuhanje) i na njega dodati \u0161pinat iz blendera te potom dodati tjesteninu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za tjesteninu sa \u0161pinatom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>tjestenina: spirale, makarone, \u0161pagete&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0161pinat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>malo soli, papra, bijelog luka, bosiljka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pinjoli ili indijski ora\u0161\u010di\u0107i (mo\u017ee i bez njih, ali je okus bogatiji)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50-100 ml vode<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>maslac (oko 50 grama)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bra\u0161no (1 \u017elica bra\u0161na)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mlijeko (50-100 ml mlijeka)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sol, papar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>parmezan (1 velika \u017elica za umak + parmezan za posipanje)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema tjestenine sa \u0161pinatom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Staviti u lonac vodu, posoliti i kada proklju\u010da dodati tjesteninu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U sjeckalicu ili blender dodati: \u0161pinat, indijske ora\u0161\u010di\u0107e, sol, papar, bijeli luk, bosiljak i dodati oko 50-100 ml vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uklju\u010diti blender da se sve dobro sjedini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>U dublju tavu dodati maslac, kada se maslac otopi dodati bra\u0161no, malo soli i papra, te mije\u0161ati dok ne postane zlatno \u017eute boje. Dodati mlijeko, promije\u0161ati. \/ ILI<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Umjesto ovog koraka mo\u017eete staviti u dublju tavu vrhnje za kuhanje i zagrijati.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodati sve sastojke iz blendera u tavu. Dodati i jednu, dvije \u017elice parmezana. Sve skupa promije\u0161ati. Pustiti da proklju\u010da i kuhati tri minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tjesteninu kada je skuhana, ocijediti i dodati u \u0161pinat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servirati posuto parmezanom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tjestenina sa \u0161pinatom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovisno o tome \u0161ta preferirate mo\u017ee se raditi s vrhnjem za kuhanje, ali i s osnovom za be\u0161amel umak. Ja kombiniram ovisno o tome \u0161ta imam u ku\u0107i, ili ovisno o raspolo\u017eenju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je na odre\u0111eni na\u010din umak od \u0161pinata za tjesteninu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prakti\u010dno je jer je obrok prili\u010dno brzo gotov, mo\u017ee se poslu\u017eiti kao glavno jelo, ali i kao prilog. S obzirom da se tjestenina uglavnom radi u razli\u010ditim varijantama crvenih ili bijelih umaka, ovako pripremljena sa \u0161pinatom, u zelenoj boji, je i druga\u010dijeg efekta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodavanje indijskih ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a ili pinjola u ovaj recept daje malo hrskavosti krajnjem rezultatu, oni se osjete dok se jede tjestenina sa \u0161pinatom, ali i dodaju svoje arome. No, ako ih nemate pri ruci, ili ih izbjegavate, ovo je sastojak koji se mo\u017ee presko\u010diti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom da nije bitno da li \u0107ete imati ne\u0161to vi\u0161e ili manje umaka (ja uvijek vi\u0161e volim kad ga ima vi\u0161e) ali ovisno o svojim preferencijama, mo\u017eete prilagodit koli\u010dinu \u0161pinata, ali i vode i mlijeka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je prili\u010dno fleksibilan recept, ne morate jako paziti na omjere, te ga je jednostavno prilagoditi svojim preferencijama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako je \u0161pinat namirnica koja se mo\u017ee raditi na zaista razli\u010dite na\u010dine, s obzirom da je \u010desto kod mene na stolu, koristim priliku uvijek isprobati neke nove recepte sa \u0161pinatom, kako bi bilo raznovrsnije. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je jedan od na\u010dina na koji \u0161pinat postaje lako dio glavnom jela, dok u mnogim drugim laganijim varijantama i na\u010dinima pripreme \u0161pinata on mi \u010desto bude prilog. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na sli\u010dan na\u010din se mo\u017ee napraviti i tjestenina s \u0161pinatom koji se samo nasjecka ili ostave ve\u0107i komadi. Ovakav na\u010din je brz i jednostavan, te tra\u017ei manje vremena od sjeckanja, no, ako \u017eelite vidljive ve\u0107e komade \u0161pinata, tada ostavite \u010ditave listove (ako se radi o baby \u0161pinatu) ili ako su listovi ve\u0107i izre\u017eite ih na ve\u0107e komade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tjestenina sa \u0161pinatom je odli\u010dan izbor kada nemate puno vremena za obrok, budu\u0107i da je priprema zaista brza.
