Napravit udubinu u sredini bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodat 200 ml tople mlake vode i dvije male \u017eli\u010dice kvasca u udubinu u bra\u0161nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostavit <strong>5 do 10 minuta<\/strong> da se kvasac rastopi i razvije te da se po\u010dne dizat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodat jo\u0161 150 ml pol vode isto tople vode i dobro zamijesit, po\u010deti mije\u0161ati u sredini gdje je voda i kvasac te zatim obuhvatiti cijelo bra\u0161no, te sve skupa dobro umijesiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad se tijesto ujedna\u010dilo, pokriti zdjelu kuhinjskom krpom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostavit na toplo <strong>do 2 sata<\/strong> da nadolazi tijesto. Optimalno nekih sati pol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U me\u0111uvremenu tijesto <strong>promije\u0161ati barem dva puta<\/strong>. Kada se tijesto prili\u010dno digne, tada ga promije\u0161ajte, ponovno \u0107e se smanjiti, pokriti ponovno kuhinjskom krpom i opet ostaviti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon toga vremena tijesto istresti na nama\u0161ten lim ili na papir za pe\u010denje, fino oblikovat i neka stane tako <strong>jo\u0161 desetak minuta.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon \u0161to ste kruh stavili u pleh, ovisno koliko treba da se pe\u0107nica zagrije, uklju\u010dite pe\u0107nicu da se zagrije na 200 stupnjeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu staviti kruh i <strong>peci 30 minuta<\/strong> na 200 stupnjeva, zatim isklju\u010dit pe\u0107nicu i ostavit kruh u pe\u0107nici jo\u0161<strong> 10 minuta.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrijeme pe\u010denja \u0107e ovisiti i o pe\u0107nici, ali kruh \u0107e poprimiti zlatno \u017eutu boju, kada je gotov, te \u0107ete i po tome znati kada ga treba isklju\u010diti. Kada je fine zlatno \u017eute boje isklju\u010diti i opet u isklju\u010denoj toploj pe\u0107nici<strong> ostaviti jo\u0161 10 minuta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Osnovni recept za doma\u0107i kruh<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za pe\u010denje kruha mo\u017eete koristiti pleh, tepsije razli\u010ditih oblika, te staviti pek papir. Na pek papiru kruh sami oblikujete veli\u010dinom, on \u0107e se malo ra\u0161iriti ali bit \u0107e sli\u010dnog oblika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako \u017eelite okrugli kruh pecite u okruglom plehu, ali i u razli\u010ditim plehovima ili kalupima kako bis e dobio kruh razli\u010ditog oblika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako danas \u010desto radim kruhove s razli\u010ditim vrstama bra\u0161na i kombiniram, ovo je osnovni recept za starinski kruh koji se kod nas oduvijek radio na ovaj na\u010din.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukoliko imate mogu\u0107nost pe\u0107i kruh u \u0161tednjaku na drva, tada iskoristite priliku jer \u0107e to dodatni dati posebnost kruhu i bit \u0107e jo\u0161 ukusniji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recept za doma\u0107i kruh &#8211;
