Ra\u0161tika, poriluk i krumpir mo\u017ee biti prilog razli\u010ditim vrstama mesa ili ribi, ali i samostalni obrok. Piletina se pe\u010de odvojeno, te se umjesto nje mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti i bilo koje drugo meso, riba ili jednostavno izostaviti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za ra\u0161tiku, poriluk i prumpir s piletonom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>karabataci ili pile\u0107a prsa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 krumpira<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 poriluka <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rukohvat ra\u0161tike<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maslinovo ulje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bijeli luk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sol, papar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ulje \/ masno\u0107e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema karbataka (ili pile\u0107ih prsa)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oko\u0161tene karabatake narezati na ve\u0107e kockice. Posoliti, pouljiti, dodati malo za\u010dina (sol, papar, bijeli luk&#8230;). Sve promije\u0161ati poklopiti i staviti u hladnjak. Ovakva piletina mo\u017ee se za dva dana tako pripremit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U tavu staviti masno\u0107e (ulje) i na vrelo staviti pripremljeno meso i prziti dok ne dobije lijepu boju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema priloga (krumpir, poriluk i ra\u0161tika)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prilog 3 krumpira srednje veli\u010dine oguliti i narezati na kocke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zatim narezati 2 prase srednje veli\u010dine i poriluka. Njih re\u017eite na koluti\u0107e odnosno komade srednje veli\u010dine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rukohvat ra\u0161tike sitno narezati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve zajedno staviti u klju\u010dalu posoljenu vodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuhati dok se krumpir ne skuha (oko pola sata). Vrijeme \u0107e ovisiti o veli\u010dini krumpira. Kada pro\u0111ete vilicom kroz krumpir ako je skuhan ne smije biti tvrd nego vilica lagano ide kroz njega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procijedit i posuti maslinovim uljem i po ukusu za\u010dinima (papar, bijeli luk). \u010ce\u0161njak i maslinovo ulje su klju\u010dni u ovom receptu da bi jelo imalo  puno\u0107u okusa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Druga opcija<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procije\u0111eno kuhano povr\u0107e se mo\u017ee kratko prepr\u017eit na tavi i masno\u0107i kako bi dobilo zape\u010deni izgled odnosno bilo malo hrskavije. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017ee se nekad raditi jedna, a nekad druga varijanta kako bi od imali varijacije od istih sastojaka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ra\u0161tika, poriluk (prasa) i krumpir s piletinom <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ra\u0161tika se sli\u010dno radi i po ovom receptu: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=22642\">Ra\u0161tika na dalmatinski \u2013 Recepti (covermagazin.com)<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom da je \u010desto koristim onda variram recepte i kombiniram kuhanje ra\u0161tike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U ovom receptu je spojeno nekoliko sastojaka koje \u010desto koristim. Poriluk \u010desto radim i po drugim receptima, a neki od njih su:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=24820\">Poriluk sa slaninom \u2013 Recepti<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=24510\">Poriluk s jajima \u2013 Recepti<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovako pripremljena ra\u0161tika, poriluk i krumpir se mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti i uz druge vrste mesa, ali i uz druge dijelove piletine. Ja sam u ovom receptu koristila oko\u0161teni zabatak, ali isto tako mo\u017ee se pe\u0107i \u010ditavi batak ili zabtak. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tri povr\u0107a u ovom jelu se odli\u010dno sla\u017eu i nadopunjuju, bogati su raznim nutrijentima, istovremeno zasitni i svje\u017ei. A istovremeno je prilog koji se brzo priprema. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako se stave ve\u0107i komadi krumpira ili cijeli krumpir, tada prvo kuhati neko vrijeme krumpir te 10-15 minuta prije kraja kuhanja dodati ostatak, tj. ra\u0161tiku i poriluk jer njima treba kra\u0107e vrijeme kuhanja nego krumpiru. Krumpir, ra\u0161tika i poriluk se kuhaju u posoljenoj vodi, te poslije nije potrebno dodatno soliti povr\u0107e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na duljinu vremena potrebnog da se skuha povr\u0107e najvi\u0161e utje\u010de krumpir, te \u0161to \u017eelite da je jelo br\u017ee gotovo potrebno e krumpir narezati na manje komade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sli\u010dno je i s piletinom, ona se op\u0107enito brzo priprema tj. brzo se ispe\u010de, a \u0161to su komadi manji, to \u0107e proces pe\u010denja trajati kra\u0107e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako vam treba brzo gotovo jelo, klju\u010d je u tome da se komadi krumpira br\u017ee skuhaju tj da budu tanji, ja naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e radim u tom slu\u010daju tako da krumpir nare\u017eem samo na kolutove koji su prili\u010dno tanki i tada krumpir bude jo\u0161 br\u017ee kuhan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krumpir mo\u017eete dodati u hladnu ili klju\u010dalu vodu. Ja nekad stavim vodu da proklju\u010da dok pripremam krumpir, na taj na\u010din skrati vrijeme pripreme, jer voda se istovremeno zagrijava dok ja pripremam, odnosno gulim i re\u017eem krumpir.
