Kukuruzne knedle s jajima su jedan od klasi\u010dnih recepata za knedle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kukuruzne knedle za juhu su zanimljive i ukusne. Dobra su alternativa stavljanju tjestenine u juhu. Prednost kukuruznih knedli je da su bezglutenske, te ih mogu jesti i osobe koje su na bezglutenskoj dijeti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovakva juha je u kona\u010dnici ne\u0161to hranjivija, te uz tanjur ovakve juhe, glavno jelo mo\u017ee biti ne\u0161to lak\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za kukuruzne knedle (noklice) s jajima<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>jedno jaje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 \u017elice ulja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pola \u017eli\u010dice soli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>za\u010dini po \u017eelji (per\u0161in, bosiljak)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>malo papra, pasiranog ili mljevenog bijelog luka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 \u017elice kukuruznog bra\u0161na (ravno punih \u017elica)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u017elice kukuruzne krupice \/ palente (ravno punih \u017elica)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema kukuruznih knedli<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U manju zdjelu dodati jedno jaje i sol. Malo izmije\u0161ati vilicom te dodati i ostale za\u010dine i ulje. Ponovno dobro promije\u0161ati. Zatim dodati 4 \u017elice kukuruznog sitnog bra\u0161na i 2 \u017elice palente \/ kukuruzne krupice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onako \u017elice palente i kukuruznog bra\u0161na trebaju biti ravne, pune kako i kad ste dodavali ulje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve skupa dobro promije\u0161ati i dobiti ujedna\u010denu smjesu. Poklopiti zdjelu i staviti u fri\u017eider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U fri\u017eideru treba stajati sat vremena kako bi se dobro povezalo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvaditi iz fri\u017eidera te dodavati u skoro gotovu juhu. Smjesa \u0107e biti \u010dvrsta, gelasta, ali ne skroz tvrda, da vas to ne zbuni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodaje se oko pola male \u017eli\u010dice. Dodavati po pola \u017eli\u010dice dok se ne potro\u0161i ukupna smjesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon toga kuhati juhu jo\u0161 deset minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poslu\u017eiti toplo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dodavanje su\u0161enog per\u0161ina u knedlice osim \u0161to je korisno i zanimljivo je budu\u0107i da one postanu malo \u0161arenije.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ovo su neke osnovne ideje koje za\u010dine mo\u017eete dodati, ali ovisno o raspolo\u017eenju u knedle mo\u017eete dodati i neke druge za\u010dine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kukuruzne knedle se mogu dodati u bilo koju juhu, te nema nekih ograni\u010denja. Kada je smjesa ujedna\u010dena dodati 6 \u017elica griza. \u017dlice ne trebaju biti vrhom pune, nego onako ravno popunjene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ponovno sve skupa dobro izmije\u0161ati i stvoriti ujedna\u010denu smjesu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poklopiti zdjelu i ostaviti oko sat vremena u fri\u017eideru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada je juha skoro gotova, izvaditi smjesu iz fri\u017eidera te dodavati po pola male \u017eli\u010dice smjese girza i jaja u juhu. Postupak ponoviti dok se ne potro\u0161i sva smjesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nastaviti kuhati juhu jo\u0161 10 minuta. Potrebno je da se knedle dobro skuhaju, ali ne treba im previ\u0161e kako se ne bi raspadale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toplu juhu poslu\u017eiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema juhe za knedle<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Meso s kostima (piletina, junetina) staviti u hladnu vodu. Dodati malo soli, te povr\u0107e po izboru (mrkva, celer, per\u0161in korijen&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuhati sat do dva, ovisno o mesu. Osim iskuhanoga mesa u juhu se mo\u017ee staviti zaista razli\u010ditog povr\u0107a.
