Bo\u017ei\u0107ni varenik se pije prije jela i pije se dok je vru\u0107, svje\u017ee pripremljen. Bo\u017ei\u0107ni varenik nema sli\u010dnosti s Bra\u010dkim varenikom, nego se radi o jednostavnom kuhanom crnom vinu uz dodatak za\u010dina. I za razliku od varenika alkoholno je pi\u0107e. Ispod \u0107ete prona\u0107i  recept za varenik i vareniku, ali prvo pro\u010ditajte kako se priprema Bo\u017ei\u0107ni varenik. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bo\u017ei\u0107ni varenik recept<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept je jednostavan i nema puno razli\u010ditih za\u010dina kao u klasi\u010dnom kuhanom vinu, ali ima bogati okus, te je bo\u017ei\u0107ni varenik pi\u0107e koji mnogi obo\u017eavaju jer im stvara poseban doma\u0107i nostalgi\u010dan ugo\u0111aj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci<\/strong><br>boca crnog vina<br>desetak do petnaest zrna crnog papra<br>2 \u017elice meda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema<\/strong><br>U loncu treba dovesti do to\u010dke vrenja crno vino i dodati papar. Ostaviti na laganoj vatri jo\u0161 5 minuta, a zatim poklopiti. Kada se ohladi na 70 stupnjeva, procijediti, umije\u0161ati med i poslu\u017eiti vru\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varenik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pod nazivom varenik krije se i jo\u0161 jedan mnogo poznatiji stari dalmatinski recept za bezalkoholni sirup ili bolje re\u010deno za\u010din koje se spravlja dugotrajnim (oko 15 sati) kuhanjem mo\u0161ta, koji nema puno sli\u010dnosti s bo\u017ei\u0107nim varenikom. Varenik, nektar, napitak, za\u010din ili kako ga neki znaju zvati eliksir, sadr\u017ei veliku koli\u010dinu vrijednih sastojaka, koji ostaju sa\u010duvani jer se kuha na niskoj temperatri, koja zapravo ne smije pre\u0107i 60 stupnjeva za vrijeme cijelog procesa priprave. Koristi se kao zasla\u0111iva\u010d, a tradicionalno se dodajte u mnoga dalmatinska jela, poput pa\u0161ticade. Za varenik neki ka\u017eu kako se priprema samo od gro\u017e\u0111a crljenac, drugi plavca malog, me\u0111utim izvrstan varenik se dobiva od mnogih drugih sorti gro\u017e\u0111a, sve dok je mo\u0161t najbolje kvalitete. Tako \u0107ete prona\u0107i izvrstan varenik od crnih sorti Babi\u0107a, Crljenka ka\u0161telanskog, Plavca malog i od bijele sorte Mara\u0161tine. Varenik se koristi kao dodatak jelima preko 2000 godina, povremeno se na njega znalo zaboraviti, ali ubrzo bi se vratio i probudio iz zaborava. <strong>Bra\u010dki varenik <\/strong>Europska komisija je stavila u popis proizvoda sa za\u0161ti\u0107enom oznakom zemljopisnog podru\u010dja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varenik recept<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Varenik je sirup koji se pravi od mo\u0161ta, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e tijekom pravljenja vina. Mo\u0161t se kuha se na laganoj vatri do 60 stupnjeva i ne smije zakuhati. Treba ga lagano kuhati nekoliko sati, \u010dak i do 15 sati, sve dok se ne dobije gusti sirup, koli\u010dine kao otprilike polovica kori\u0161tenog mo\u0161ta. Mo\u0161t se pretvori u taman i slatki sirup, posebnog okusa. Tijekom cijele zime se dodaje u kola\u010de, meso i druga jela.<br>Mnoga dalmatinska jela svoju tamnu boju duguju tom nepoznatom za\u010dinu vereniku. Rok trajanja mu je gotovo neograni\u010den. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varenika<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A \u0161to je varenika, naziv koji se kroz pro\u0161lost \u010desto upotrebljavao u Dalmaciji, posebno Dubrova\u010dkom kraju?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neka vas ova sli\u010dnost naziva ne zbuni. Postoji jo\u0161 jedno popularno pi\u0107e koje se naziva \u201evarenika\u201d. Varenika ima zapravo najjednostavniju pripremu od svih gore navedenih recepata. Varenika je svje\u017ee prokuhano kravlje mlijeko kuhano obi\u010dno u kotlu\u0161i, emajliranom kotlu ili emajliranoj te\u0107i. Pije se sve\u017ee prokuhano i toplo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bo\u017ei\u0107ni varenik, varenik, Bra\u010dki varenik i varenika nazivi su koji svoje porijeklo imaju u rije\u010di variti, koja se kroz pro\u0161lost upotrebljavala umjesto rije\u010di kuhati neke teku\u0107ine i teku\u0107a jela.
