I izvrsna je pe\u010dena. Dugo sam tra\u017eila povr\u0107e koje bi mogla dodati uz krumpir ili koje bi moglo potpuno zamijeniti krumpir u mesnim jelima iz pe\u0107nice, te sam isprobala korabicu i moram priznati da je izvrsna. Okus pe\u010dene korabice dostojno zamjenjuje krumpir, ali u znatno manje kalorija. Iako ima druga\u010diji sastav i potpuno druga\u010diji okus, jer pripada kupusnom povr\u0107u, a priprema se gotovo identi\u010dno kao krumpir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za korabu u be\u0107nici<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>3 korabice<br>3 krumpira<br>1 mrkva, 1 per\u0161in<br>1 glavica luka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 &#8211; 1 kg meso<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>malo soli<br>malo papra<br>1 \u017eli\u010dica mediteranska vegeta<br>ili obi\u010dna vegeta i mediteranski miks za\u010dina<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>malo ulja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema korabe u pe\u0107nici<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovisno koje meso pripremate uz korabicu, postupak \u0107e biti druga\u010diji. Ukoliko je neko meso u komadu, tada nasolite i za\u010dinite meso, po potrebi ga \u0161pikajte, kako bi za\u010dini prodrli dublje, stavite u pleh za pe\u010denje, dolijte 1 cm vode i poklopite sve skupa s aluminijskom folijom ili poklopcem. Pecite 45 minuta poklopljeno na 250 stupnjeva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O\u010distite i ogulite povr\u0107e. Krumpire nare\u017eite na \u010detvrtine, a korabicu na sli\u010dnu veli\u010dinu. sve za\u010dinite s malo papra, malo soli, te vegete. Stalno nadgledajte i po potrebi prevrnite meso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukoliko se radi o manjim komadima mesa, mo\u017eete sve skupa staviti u pe\u0107nicu i pe\u0107i 45 min do 1h. Obi\u010dno ga kuhamo malim bebama kao prvo povr\u0107e, ali osim u dje\u010djim ka\u0161ama, kasnije ga nisam pripremala zbog nedostatka ideja. Budu\u0107i da sam u posljednje vrijeme postala zaljubljenik jela u pe\u0107nici, a ve\u0107ina recepata je zapravo meso i krumpir, tra\u017eila sam neko povr\u0107e koje bi moglo zamijeniti krumpir kod jela iz pe\u0107nice i dati im druga\u010diji okus. Uz batat odli\u010dnu zamjenu sam prona\u0161la u korabici. Ukoliko niste ranije konzumirali korabu vjerojatno \u0107e vam trebati vremena da se naviknete na kupusasti okus, jer je ovo jelo zapravo iz roda kupusnja\u010da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korabina unutra\u0161njost je za\u0161ti\u0107ena tankom zeleno korom koju treba oguliti prije pripreme. I bez obzira \u0161to je izvana zelena iznutra je mlije\u010dno bijela. Ve\u0107ina ljudi koja je proba opisuje okus izme\u0111u cvjeta\u010de i krummpira. Li\u0161\u0107e korabe mo\u017eete jesti na sli\u010dan na\u010din kao \u0161to pripremate \u201edivlje zelje\u201d ili blitvu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korabica ima vrlo malo kalorija, te i tome treba zahvaliti rast njene popularnosti. Dugo vremena pripremala sam je samo u juhama ili varivima, na sli\u010dan na\u010din poput per\u0161ina ili celera, gdje bi stavila kri\u0161ku korabice kako bi okus u juhi bio bogatiji. Naravno, korabicu i dalje koristima na ovaj na\u010din, ali sam iznena\u0111ena njenom raznoliko\u0161\u0107u mogu\u0107e uporabe. Osim u pe\u0107nici mo\u017eete je pripremati na jo\u0161 nekoliko na\u010dina, ali i jesti u salati sirovu. Ona se jede samo dok je jako svje\u017ea i mlada, stajanjem postaje drvenasta i nepogodna za jelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mije\u0161ana salata od korabice &#8211; recept &#8211;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S kroabicom mo\u017eete napraviti ukusnu mije\u0161anu salatu, gdje \u0107ete naribati u jednakim omjerima korabicu, mrkvu, celer, ciklu i jabuke. Takvu salatu treba za\u010diniti maslinovim uljem i s vrlo malo octa.
