Nemojte dodavati ni\u0161ta drugo. Kada voda provrije, pustite jo\u0161 5 minuta i izvadite rebra, a vodu bacite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U odvojenu posudu, dublji lonac, nasjeckajte luk i stavite \u017elicu ulja da se pirja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodajte narezani kiseli kupus, \u010de\u0161njak i za\u010dine. Stavite preko kupusa suha rebra, te dolijte vode toliko da prekrije rebra. Pustite da provrije, zatim smanjite vatru i poklopite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neka poklopljeno kuha 2 do 3 sata. Ukoliko imate vremena mije\u0161ati dobro bi bilo malo pirjati i kupus, jer \u0107e tada i on biti mek\u0161i. Ukoliko nemate vremena mo\u017eete i odmah staviti rebra i sve kuhati. Princip pripreme je sli\u010dan, s tim da je koncentracija na suhim rebrima kao glavnom jelu i kiselom kupusu kao prilogu, te se poslu\u017euje uz no\u017e i vilicu.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koli\u010dina je dovoljna za 2 do 4 osobe, ovisno o tome koliko mesa ima na rebricima. \u010cesto \u0107ete suha rebrica prona\u0107i i pod nazivom &#8220;suhi prsni vr\u0161ak&#8221;.  Budu\u0107i da je veliki udio kosti, kada pripremate suha rebra, planirajte za jednu osobu oko 300 grama ukupno mesa s kostima. Obi\u010dno se kupuju vakumirana suha rebra, ali ukoliko kupujete doma\u0107a, koja nisu vakumirana, trebate \u0107e im ne\u0161to du\u017ee vremena da se skuhaju. Zbog toga se u receptu navodi vrijeme dva do tri sata. Vakumirana kupovna rebra su mek\u0161a, dok su dimljena doma\u0107a su\u0161ena na tradicionalni na\u010din ne\u0161to tvr\u0111a i treba im vi\u0161e vremena da bi se skuhala. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept je vrlo jednostavan i zahtjeva malo aktivnog vremena, ali se dugo priprema, pa ga je najbolje raditi vikendom kada ste kod ku\u0107e, a opet nemate vremena stajati nad kuhinjskom plo\u010dom i stalno ne\u0161to mije\u0161ati. Jednom kada stavite sve u lonac, i namjestite odgovaraju\u0107u temperaturu, ne trebate dirati lonac do kraja kuhanja i poslu\u017eivanja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zbog lako\u0107e pripreme je i nastala ova pojednostavljena verzija kuhanog kiselog kupusa sa suhim rebrima, gdje ne treba dodatno sjeckati i guliti povr\u0107e, a na okusu se zapravo ni\u0161ta ne gubi, dapa\u010de, budu\u0107i da preferiram jela u kojima ide \u0161to manje namirnica, kako bi u svakom jelu svaka namirnica do\u0161la do izra\u017eaja, meni je okus i bolji. Tako\u0111er, ovom jelu bolje odgovara krupnije rezani kiseli kupus, dok za variva bolje ide sitnije sjeckani kupus ili ribani. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kiseli kupus je iznimno vrijedna zimska namirnica, pa se obi\u010dno ovo jelo smatra zimskim jelom i priprema u hladnijim danima godine, od studenog do Uskrsa.  Mediteranski za\u010dini posebno ru\u017emarin i lovor, daju ovom jelu posebnu \u010dar.
