Kada birate ri\u017eino bra\u0161no, ukoliko niste alergi\u010dni na gluten, nego tek preferirate bezglutensku prehranu mo\u017eete odabrati bilo koje ri\u017eino bra\u0161no, me\u0111utim ako ste alergi\u010dni na gluten, obratite pa\u017enju da odaberete ono na kojem je nazna\u010deno da je bez glutena. U svojoj osnovi svako je ri\u017eino bra\u0161no bez glutena, me\u0111utim neka ri\u017eina bra\u0161na na kojima nije nazna\u010deno da su bez glutena mogu sadr\u017eavati gluten u tragovima, jer se ri\u017ea melje u istom mlinu kao p\u0161enica. Taj gluten u tragovima nije zna\u010dajan ako ste op\u0107enito na bezglutenskoj prehrani, ali mo\u017eete ga osjetiti ukoliko ste na bezglutenskoj prehrani iz zdravstvenih razloga ili ukoliko ste alergi\u010dni na gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pala\u010dinke od ri\u017einog bra\u0161na \u2013 recept &#8211;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pjenasto treba umutiti jaja, sol i \u0161e\u0107er. Pjenasto mu\u0107enje jaja je jako bitno zbog teksture ri\u017einog bra\u0161na u kojem nema glutena, da bi se postigla rahlost pala\u010dinki. Zatim treba dodati ostale sastojke. Primijetit \u0107ete kako je smjesa za pripremu pala\u010dinki od ri\u017einog bra\u0161na ne\u0161to rje\u0111a od smjese kada pravite obi\u010dne pala\u010dinke s p\u0161eni\u010dnim bra\u0161nom. To je potrebno da bi pala\u010dinke bile savitljivije jer \u0107e ina\u010de postati previ\u0161e hrskave, a s druge strane i jer ri\u017eino bra\u0161no upija vi\u0161e vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moje preferencije su da dodam malo ulja i u smjesu, ali ovo ne morate i ne zahtjeva recept, nego su moje preferencije jer tako izbjegavam stavljanje ulja u tavu, te pala\u010dinke budu manje masne, jer se svaki put iz smjese izdvoji tek malo ulja koje namasti tavu minimalno, ali sasvim dovoljno, tek onoliko koliko treba da se pala\u010dinke ne bi lijepile, a da ne bi bile masne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pala\u010dinke od ri\u017einog bra\u0161na pe\u010dete na isti na\u010din kao i klasi\u010dne pala\u010dinke, te ih na isti na\u010din prevr\u0107ete. Da li \u0107ete prevrtati \u0161pahtlom, duga\u010dkim no\u017eem ili bacati u zrak, ovisi u va\u0161em umije\u0107u i iskustvu s pravljenjem pala\u010dinki. Me\u0111utim uo\u010davaju se dvije osnovne razlike. Pala\u010dinke od ri\u017einog bra\u0161na su ne\u0161to hrskavije, te ih je te\u017ee motati, a tako\u0111er okus je druga\u010diji iako ne zna\u010dajno. Netko tko ne zna da su od bezglutenskog bra\u0161na mogao bi pomisliti tek da su ispale mrvicu lo\u0161ije. Djeca ne primijete razliku, a odrasli koji su na bezglutenskoj prehrani smatrat \u0107e ih izvrsnima i odli\u010dnom zamjenom za obi\u010dne pala\u010dinke. Po mojoj osobnoj preferenciji ove pala\u010dinke su to ukusnije \u0161to se jedu toplije.
