Dinstani kiseli kupus je jednostavna i brzo gotova varijanta. Prednost dinstanog kupusa je da se mo\u017ee raditi na razli\u010dite na\u010dine. Pr\u017eiti kratko dok panceta ne promjeni boju, zatim dodati kiseli kupus i za\u010dine. Na njega dodati kiseli kupus, ostalo povr\u0107e, za\u010dine i doliti hladne vode. Poja\u010dati da prokuha, poklopiti i smanjiti temperaturu da lagano kuha. Kuhati oko 2 sata, ovisno o veli\u010dini suhog mesa. Ako se radi o ve\u0107em komadu mo\u017ee i malo dulje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrijeme kuhanja: 2 sata<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5- Varivo od kiselog kupusa sa svje\u017eim mesom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sastojci: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>kiseli kupus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>komad mesa (vrata ili bilo kojeg drugog)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>povr\u0107e, mrkva, krumpir, luk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sol, papar, bijeli luk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve nasje\u0107i na komade veli\u010dine koje \u017eelite. Staviti u lonac te kuhati oko sat i pol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo varivo se mo\u017ee raditi sa zapr\u0161kom ili bez. Ukoliko se kuhao i krumpir, mo\u017ee se pred kraj kuhanja izvaditi jedan krumpir i zgnje\u010diti, te potom vratiti u varivo i kuhati jo\u0161 5-10 minuta kako bi dao gusto\u0107u varivu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6 &#8211; Sarma od kiselog kupusa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedno od najpoznatijih jela s kiselim kupusom je sigurno sarma. Sarma od kiselog kupusa (kiselog zelja) je kod mnogih neizostavno zimsko jelo, a \u010desto se radi i za blagdane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za pripremu sarme potrebna je:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ri\u017ea (oko 250 grama)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mljeveno meso (oko 1kg)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kiseli kupus (jedna glavica)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>crvena paprika \u2013 1 \u017elica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sol \u2013 pola \u017eli\u010dice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>papar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bijeli luk, crveni luk, mrkva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve sastojke dobro izmije\u0161ati. Od glavice kiselog kupusa odvojiti listove, dobro ih oprati te puniti svaki list kupusa i saviti sarmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U dno dubljeg lonca doliti ulja, slagati sarmu, zaliti hladnom vodom. Mo\u017ee i du\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kri\u0161ke od kupusa se \u010desto rade kao posni prilog te se ne dodaje masno\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kupusne kri\u0161ke s mesom<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako se ne rade kao posno jelo mo\u017ee se koristiti mast, te meso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodati malo mesa ili bez mesa, paprike, papra, bijelog luka, crvenog luka, \u017elicu masti.
