Neke vrste graha se kuhaju br\u017ee, neke sporije, a \u010desto se ista vrsta graha nekad kuha sporo, a nekad brzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grah kuham na dva razli\u010dita na\u010dina, ovisno o tome kad se sjetim i koliko vremena imam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Koliko graha treba<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Okvirno za 4 osobe je potrebno pola kilograma graha, ali to ovisi i o ostalim sastojcima i na\u010dinima pripreme graha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U obje varijante grah razli\u010ditim vrstama graha \u0107e trebati razli\u010dito vremena, ali ovo je neki prosjek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kuhanje graha s namakanjem preko no\u0107i<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Grah bi najbolje bilo prvo \u201eprebrat\u201d ako ima o\u0161te\u0107enih izbacit. Znam da mnogi ne \u201eprebiru\u201d grah, no meni je ova navika ostala jo\u0161 iz vremena kada se su\u0161io doma\u0107i grah, a kako i danas \u010desto imam doma\u0107eg graha ili kupim doma\u0107i, tako ovaj korak ne preska\u010dem. Treba izbaciti o\u0161te\u0107ena zrna, ili ako je ostalo ljuske od graha, izbaciti je prije kuhanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oprati grah u hladnoj vodi, iscijedit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nasuti novu hladnu vodu i ostaviti u toj vodi. Vode treba biti vi\u0161e od graha, bar 2-3 centa kako bi grah mogao nabubrit. Lonac s grahom poklopiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostaviti grah u hladnoj vodi tri do \u010detiri sata, ali najbolje <strong>preko no\u0107i<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grah \u0107e nabubriti i omek\u0161ati, stoga je i bitno da je bilo vi\u0161e vode od graha i da je lonac ve\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ujutro grah procijedit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nasuti novu vodu i staviti kuhati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prokuhati grah par minuta, do 5 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procijedit ponovno. Nakon ovog koraka:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Staviti u novi ili isti lonac u kojem \u017eelite kuhati grah te ostatak pripremati grah prema \u017eeljenom receptu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vode treba biti iznad graha da bude bar 5 centi vi\u0161e od povr\u0161ine graha ako se radi varivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grah kuhati oko dva sata prema \u017eeljenom receptu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vrijeme kuhanja graha: oko 2 sata<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je popularna verzija kuhanja graha, jednostavna je jer sutradan skra\u0107uje vrijeme kuhanja graha, a priprema se odradi nave\u010der.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zvu\u010di komplicirano, ukratko je proces kuhanja granja da se:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>grah opere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>naspe voda u kojoj \u0107e biti preko no\u0107i<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ujutro izlije ta voda i doda nova<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>grah se obari 5 minuta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>izlije se ta voda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nasuti novu vodu za varivo ili kuhanje graha prema receptu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>U ovoj verziji grah se opere, natopi, obari, dakle tri puta se sipa voda u njega (pojednostavljeno re\u010deno, ali kako bi se dobio dojam da proces pripreme graha za kuhanje i samo kuhanje graha nije kompliciran).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kuhanje graha s \u201eobarivanjem\u201d bez namakanja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Grah prebrati kako bi se odvojila puknuta ili presu\u0161ena zrna, kao i eventualno ljuske od graha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grah oprati u hladnoj vodi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nasuti hladnu vodu i kuhati bar 10 minuta, to se zove \u201eobariti\u201d grah. 10 \u2013 15 minuta treba kuhati grah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procijediti, nasuti novu hladnu vodu i staviti kuhati (prema receptu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grah treba kuhati oko 3 sat, a nekad i vi\u0161e. To ovisi o vrsti graha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vrijeme kuhanja graha: 15 minuta &#8220;obarivanje&#8221; +  3 sata kuhanja graha<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako se razlika ne \u010dini velika, postupak je sli\u010dan, pa \u010dak i jednostavniji u prvoj varijanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Je li bolje kuhanje graha s namakanjem preko no\u0107i ili bez namakanja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prednost prve varijante pripreme i kuhanja graha je da:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dio posla se mo\u017ee odraditi nave\u010der<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dio posla nave\u010der je relativno brz (ako ne probirete grah, samo se ispere grah, i potom naspe voda u kojoj \u0107e se natapati grah preko no\u0107i)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ovaj na\u010din je prikladan za sve vrste graha<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sutradan je kuhanje kra\u0107e nego u drugoj verziji.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Druga varijanta pripreme i kuhanja graha je dobar izbor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nave\u010der niste pripremili grah (zaboravili ili niste imali vremena)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kada znamo da se grah mo\u017ee brzo skuhati i da nema potrebe za namakanjem (da se radi o takvom grahu, posebno kod onih koje smo ve\u0107 kuhali).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Desilo se i da sam kuhala grah koji se nije mogao skuhati nakon \u0161to sam ga doslovno pola dana kuhala, da je i nakon tog perioda bio tvrd.
