Uz to ovaj recept je i bezglutenski, s obzirom da se radi od kukuruznog bra\u0161na. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sastojci<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>6 nagomilanih \u017elica kukuruznog bra\u0161na<br>1 \u017elica gustina (kukuruznog \u0161kroba, gusnela)<br>1 tikvica<br>2 dl jogurta<br>2 \u017elice vrhnja<br>2 jaja<br>1 \u017elica ulja<br>pola \u017eli\u010dice pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br>pola \u017eli\u010dice \u0161e\u0107era<br>pola \u017eli\u010dice soli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Priprema<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1 &#8211; Tikvicu oprati, ako je doma\u0107a i nije prskana ne treba je guliti. Naribati tikvicu na krupni ribe\u017e. Pustiti da stoji 15 tak minuta, procijediti. Izmijesiti dobro sve ostale sastojke, a zatim dodati i tikvice koje ste prethodno procijedili. Izliti u nama\u0161\u0107eni kalup, ravnomjerno rasporediti i staviti pe\u0107i. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 &#8211; Pe\u0107i 20 do 30 minuta na 200 stupnjeva C. Koliko \u0107ete pe\u0107i ovisi o veli\u010dini kalupa u koji ste izlili ljeva\u010du. Ljeva\u010da od kukuruznog bra\u0161na i tikvica je jedan od mojih omiljenih bezglutenskih recepata, a posebno ga volim napraviti kada se za\u017eelim ne\u010deg \u201ekru\u0161nog\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ova ljeva\u010da nije identi\u010dnog okusa kao ljeva\u010da od obi\u010dnog bra\u0161na, ali je izvrsnog okusa i ravnopravna zamjena. Odli\u010dan je na\u010din da iskoristite tikvicu srednje veli\u010dine, koja vam je ostala od nekog drugog recepta, ali i kupiti tikvicu namjenski za ovaj recept ne\u0107e biti pogre\u0161ka, jer se ne\u0107ete razo\u010darati okusom. Ova ljeva\u010da izvrtan je recept za kasno ljeto i sezonu tikvica. Me\u0111utim i za jesenske dane postoji adekvatna zamjena, te mo\u017eete koristiti i velike tikve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ljeva\u010da od kukuruznog bra\u0161na i tikvica priprema se obi\u010dno od malih tikvica koje ne treba guliti pa tada sadr\u017ei i nutricionisti\u010dki bolje sastojke, a posebno vi\u0161e vlakana. Me\u0111utim, ukoliko nemate male tikvice, mo\u017eete po istom receptu napraviti i i od komada velike tikve, pa \u010dak i bu\u010de. Ukoliko radite s velikom tikvom, tada naribanu tikvu lagano posolite, te ostaviti stajati bar pola sata u cjedilu, a nakon toga stisnite rukom i dodatno procijedite kako bi iza\u0161ao vi\u0161ak teku\u0107ine, ali i eventualna gor\u010dina s njim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najbolju teksturu tijesta za ljeva\u010du od kukuruznog bra\u0161na \u0107ete posti\u0107i ako prvo dobro umijesite jaja, zatim dodate teku\u0107e sastojke, a na kraju izmije\u0161ate odvojeno bra\u0161naste sastojke, bra\u0161no, \u0161e\u0107er, sol, gustin te pra\u0161ak za pecivo. Sve spojiti i dobro izmijesiti, a po potrebi mo\u017eete dodati i vode. Smjesa je dosta teku\u0107a, malo gu\u0161\u0107a od smjese za pala\u010dinke. Na ovom receptu: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=24868\">Kukuruzna ljeva\u010da<\/a> mo\u017eete vidjeti kako bi trebala izgledati i koju gusto\u0107u imati. Naravno, budu\u0107i da su sastojci razli\u010diti ne\u0107e izgledati jednako, ali bi gusto\u0107a trebala biti jednaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovu ljeva\u010du ne\u0107ete mo\u0107i napraviti od palente (kukuruzne krupice), ako mnogi misle da je palenta zapravo kukuruzno bra\u0161no.
