Rastopiti \u010dokoladu i maslac na laganoj vatri ili u mikrovalnoj pe\u0107nici. Ja kombiniram, nekad jedan na\u010din, ponekad drugi kako mi je u tom trenutku jednostavnije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada su se \u010dokolada i maslac otopili, imate ujedna\u010denu smjesu maslaca i \u010dokolade. Prebacite ovu smjesu u ve\u0107u zdjelu ili zdjelu od miksera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodajte \u0161e\u0107er u smjesu maslaca i \u010dokolade te uklju\u010dite mikser na lagano mije\u0161anje (na 1 ili 2, ovisno o ja\u010dini miksera).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potom dodajte jedno po jedno jaje nastavljaju\u0107i mije\u0161ati. Ako je potrebno pove\u0107ajte brzinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodajte mljevene bademe. Nastavite mije\u0161ati mikserom na niskoj razini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se smjesa potpuno ujedna\u010dila izlijte je u pripremljeni kalup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stavite pe\u0107i na 150 stupnjeva 40 minuta. Kada je torta pri kraju pe\u010denja probodite je \u010da\u010dkalicom, te ako je \u010da\u010dkalica \u010dista, zna\u010di da je torta pe\u010dena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvadite iz pe\u0107nice i ostavite tortu da se ohladi. Samim tim \u0161to netko ne\u0161to ne jede, ne smatram razlogom da ne jede ukusne i odli\u010dne stvari, samo treba prona\u0107i recepte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ova torta se pokazala kao odli\u010dan izbor, to se vidjelo ve\u0107 po sastojcima, i vjerojatno bi je probala napraviti \u010dak i da se nije radilo o pri\u010di s glutenom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ponekad je poslu\u017eim samu, ponekad, ako je bila tamnija \u010dokolada s manjim udjelom \u0161e\u0107era, tada \u0107e \u0161e\u0107er u prahu poslu\u017eiti kao odli\u010dna dekoracija, a ponekad sa \u0161lagom. Pri tome koliko je deblja ili tanja, korigirajte i vrijeme pe\u010denja, no uvijek je najbolje provjeriti da li je gotova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za ovu \u010dokoladnu tortu bez glutena ja kupujem \u010ditave bademe, te ih doma usitnim u sjeckalici, budu\u0107i da na taj na\u010din dobijem i mljevene i sjeckane bademe, \u0161to mi je dra\u017ee nego kada su samo mljeveni bademi jer se poslije oni sjeckani bolje osjete i daju druga\u010diju teksturu torti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bezglutenska prehrana je sve \u010de\u0161\u0107a, i sve vi\u0161e ljudi se iz nekih razloga odlu\u010duje za ovu vrstu prehrane. Prednost ove \u010dokoladne torte bez glutena je \u0161to je ukusna svima, te ukoliko netko od uku\u0107ana ili gostiju ne jede gluten, mo\u017eete napraviti nju, ali ne morate dodatno birati kola\u010d za ostale goste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim toga prili\u010dno je jednostavna, ide samo 5 sastojaka i relativno se brzo pripremi, a nije zahtjevna niti prostorom niti posu\u0111em prilikom pripreme. Ukoliko nemate mikser pri ruci, mo\u017eete sve odraditi ru\u010dno, budu\u0107u da se ionako cijelo vrijeme muti na niskoj brzini, te se ne\u0107ete umoriti ako radite ru\u010dno niti zahtjeva veliku spretnost.
