Smjesa \u0107e biti rje\u0111a od obi\u010dne smjese za pala\u010dinke, te je potrebno kod uzimanja smjese za svaku pala\u010dinku prije izdvajanja za pe\u010denje dobro promije\u0161ati cijelu smjesu jer se kukuruzno bra\u0161no lak\u0161e i br\u017ee slegne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako imate vremena ostavite smjesu da odstoji pola sata, a ako ne mo\u017eete i odmah pe\u0107i. Na taj na\u010din \u0107ete ubla\u017eiti zrnasti okus kukuruznih pala\u010dinki koji ih u najve\u0107oj mjeri razlikuje od obi\u010dnih pala\u010dinki od bijelog bra\u0161na. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op\u0107enito i u obi\u010dne pala\u010dinke dodam \u017elicu ulja, na kraju kad je smjesa ve\u0107 spremna jer tada mi se pala\u010dinke ne lijepe za tavu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako se smjesa za pala\u010dinke ne mora mije\u0161ati mikserom, ako mije\u0161ate mikserom dobit \u0107ete prhkije pala\u010dinke, koje se lak\u0161e rolaju. Budu\u0107i ukoliko stavite sve sastojke, smjesa bi bila prerijetka za mije\u0161anje mikserom, stavite suhe sastojke, jaja i manje mlijeka. Zatim pred kraj dodajte ostatak vode i mlijeka i ru\u010dno promije\u0161ajte. \u017dlicu ulja uvijek dodajete na samom kraju pred pe\u010denje, jer tako \u0107e ispuniti svoju svrhu sprje\u010davanja lijepljenja kukuruznih pala\u010dinki za tavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako \u017eelite da vam i prva pala\u010dinka ispadne dobra, a da ne bude premasna, kuhinjskim papirom ili salvetom razma\u017eite ulje po tavi. Kuhinjski papir \u0107e dovoljno nauljiti da se pala\u010dinke ne lijepe, a ne\u0107e biti premasna prva pala\u010dinka  jer \u0107e kuhinjski papir ili salveta upiti vi\u0161ak ulja. Ovakve pala\u010dinke nisam probala praviti od kukuruzne krupice, odnosno palente i ne znam da li bi od nje uspjele, nego kukuruznog bra\u0161na. Ovo nagla\u0161avam, jer sam primijetila da dosta ljudi ne razlikuje kukuruzno bra\u0161no i kukuruznu krupicu (palentu). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kukuruzno bra\u0161no zdravija je opcija od obi\u010dnog bijelog, zbog toga \u0161to je bogatije nutrijentima. Osim \u0161to njime u organizam unosimo vi\u0161e vlakana i proteina, sadr\u017ei mnogo vitamina B, bogatstvo cinkom \u010dini ga velikim saveznikom u \u010duvanju dobrog zdravlja. Kukuruzn bra\u0161no bogato je i \u017eeljezom, kao i karoteinidima. Naravno sve ovo ovisit \u0107e o kukuruzu iz kojeg je dobiveno kukuruzno bra\u0161no, pa birajte kvalitetne proizvo\u0111a\u010de. Organski uzgojen kukuruz od kojeg se dobiva kukuruzno bra\u0161no opcija je kojoj trebate te\u017eiti, dok genetski modificirani kukuruz, kakav se obi\u010dno nalazi na velikim stranim tr\u017ei\u0161tima, posebno ameri\u010dkom, povezuje se s rizicima razvoja nekih bolesti, uklju\u010duju\u0107i dijabetes i visoki kolesterol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovisno kakve pala\u010dinke volite, mo\u017eda \u0107ete re\u0107i kako pala\u010dinke od kukuruznog bra\u0161na zapravo nisu pala\u010dinke, jer su originalne pala\u010dinke spremane od p\u0161eni\u010dnog bra\u0161na, s maslinovim uljem, medom i mlijekom. A o\u010dito je da se sastojci navedeni iznad u mnogo\u010demu razlikuju od pala\u010dinki od kukuruznog bra\u0161na. Me\u0111utim, obzirom da se pala\u010dinke oblikom i sastojcima razlikuju od kraja do kraja, prakti\u010dki se sve tanko tijesto koje se izlijeva u okruglu tavu i na taj na\u010din priprema mo\u017ee nazvati pala\u010dinkom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pala\u010dinke od kukuruznog bra\u0161na te\u017ee se  presavijaju, pa ako ih \u017eelite nadjenuti kao trokuti\u0107e i tako servirati o\u010dekujte kako \u0107e vam nekoliko kukuruzni pala\u010dinki puknuti dok ne usavr\u0161ite tehniku savijanja.
