Prema nekim predajama Gospa je na Veliki \u010detvrtak pripremila za ve\u010deru zelje, pa otuda tradicija kuhanja zelja na veliki \u010detvrtak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Na Veliki \u010detvrtak obi\u010daj je u kopnenom dijelu Hrvatske da se kuha palenta, a kao prilog se poslu\u017euje kuhani \u0161pinat ili mlada kopriva.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Palenta<\/strong> se priprema tako da se kukuruzna krupica stavi kuhati u slanu vodu u omjeru 1:3 (npr: 1 \u010da\u0161a kukuruzne krupice i 3 \u010da\u0161e vode) dodaju dvije \u017elice margarina ili ulja. Kuhati do \u017eeljene gusto\u0107e. Po \u017eelji se kuhana pa ohla\u0111ena palenta mo\u017ee rezati na kri\u0161ke pa tostati ili grilati ili pak poslu\u017eiti topla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kuhana mlada kopriva<\/strong> ili \u0161pinat se pripremaju tako da se operu i skuhaju u slanoj vodi, zatim kratko 1-2 min piraju na vrelom ulju, za\u010dine paprom i sjeckanim \u010de\u0161njakom. Tako\u0111er, mo\u017ee se i samo skuhati,te za\u010diniti maslinovim uljem, paprom i sjeckanim \u010de\u0161njakom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>U Dalmaciji se pripremalo &#8220;divlje zelje&#8221;<\/strong> ili blitva s krumpirom i kukuruza. U nekim krajevima obi\u010daj je da se sprema soparnik. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-recepti wp-block-embed-recepti\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"cp8BTZN5nw\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=22642\">Ra\u0161tika na dalmatinski<\/a><\/blockquote><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; visibility: hidden;\" title=\"&#8220;Ra\u0161tika na dalmatinski&#8221; &#8212; Recepti\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=22642&#038;embed=true#?secret=wfA3nchM8f#?secret=cp8BTZN5nw\" data-secret=\"cp8BTZN5nw\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Mo\u017eete pripremati bilo koje zelje po ovom receptu<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Na veliki \u010detvrtak se ne posti, ali se pripremaju nemrsna jela.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">\u0160to se kuha i jede na Veliki petak<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za Veliki petak se obi\u010dno kuhaju posna i nemrsna jela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obvezan je post i nemrs, a mnogi vjernici &#8220;su\u0161e&#8221;, odnosno &#8220;poste na suvo&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U kopnenim regijama \u010de\u0161\u0107e se pravi <strong>bezmesni grah<\/strong> kao varivo i bez crvenog luka &#8211; kapule, jer se prema obi\u010daju crveni luk nije jeo na Veliki petak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U Dalmaciji oni koji ne poste na suho, obi\u010dno prave neka jednostavna riblja jela, a vrlo rijetko u nekim krajevima Dalmacije bakalar ili Slavonije fi\u0161 paprika\u0161.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">\u0160to se kuha i jede na Veliku subotu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na Veliku subotu naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se kuhaju bezmesna jela &#8211; jela bez mesa, ali se u nekim krajevima kuhala i jela nemrsna hrana &#8211; jela bez mesa i namirnica \u017eivotinjskog porijekla. To zna\u010di da se nije jelo meso i mesne prera\u0111evina, ali su se u ve\u0107ini krajeva jeli mlijeko i jaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cesto se na Veliku subotu radi bakalar ili fi\u0161 paprika\u0161. Najpoznatiji dio jela za blagoslov su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=22731\">pince ili sirnice<\/a>. Tradicija je da se nose ko\u0161are s namirnicama koje se nazivaju &#8220;posve\u0107enje&#8221;. Ko\u0161are ovisno o krajevima imaju razli\u010dite namirnice ali zajedni\u010dko je:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>jaja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ne\u0161to kru\u0161no (beskvasna poga\u010da, uskrsno pecivo, pletenica, kola\u010d, pinca ili sirnica\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mladi sir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sol (hren ili mladi luk)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>komad mesa (dalmatinska pe\u010denica, kobasica, komad buta\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sjemenke (grah, kukuruz, tikva, bundeva\u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-recepti wp-block-embed-recepti\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"VsRQ1IvkhN\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=22871\">Doma\u0107i kruh bez kvasca, POGA\u010cA<\/a><\/blockquote><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; visibility: hidden;\" title=\"&#8220;Doma\u0107i kruh bez kvasca, POGA\u010cA&#8221; &#8212; Recepti\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=22871&#038;embed=true#?secret=rgr8Hbn9qa#?secret=VsRQ1IvkhN\" data-secret=\"VsRQ1IvkhN\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Uskrs<\/strong> &#8211; \u0160to se kuha i jede za Uskrs?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Uskrsni-stol.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Uskrsni-stol.jpg\" alt=\"Uskrsni stol\" class=\"wp-image-25658\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Uskrsni-stol.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Uskrsni-stol-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Uskrsni stol &#8211; Na Uskrsnom stolu neizostavno je meso (u ovom slu\u010daju rolana \u0161unka) ruska salata, hren i mladi luk, te uskrsna peciva, poput poga\u010da, pletenica, pinca, sirnica i sl. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Za doru\u010dak se na Uskrs jede posve\u0107enje, a za ostale obroke bogat blagdanski stol koji uklju\u010duje sva jela od \u0161unke, ple\u0107ke, &#8220;ispod peke&#8221;, a nerijetko su pe\u010dena subotom (ali ih se nije jelo na Veliku subotu) odojak ili janjetina na ra\u017enju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=13306\">Odojak na ra\u017enju <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=4026\">Janje na ra\u017enju <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim &#8220;posve\u0107enja&#8221; ne postoje jela koja bi bila tradicionalno uskrsna, nego se sprema bogat blagdanski stol, a naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e mesna jela koja se mogu jesti sutradan poput sarme, mesa s ra\u017enja ili onih jela koja je jednostavno pripremiti (rolana \u0161unka) kako bi se na sam Uskrs \u0161to manje kuhalo i ostalo vi\u0161e vremena za proslavu blagdana i dru\u017eenje s obitelji.
