Odre\u017eite dio tvrdog korijena ako ima na listu. Stavite u list kuglicu smjese za sarmu. Preklopite i s jedne strane umotajte kao poklon, zarolajte, zatim s druge strane utisnite rub kako bi smjesa ostala u listu kupusa za vrijeme kuhanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko se dugo kuha sarma<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sarma se kuha oko dva do dva i pol sata. Sarma je tip jela koji se uvijek dugo kuhao, na laganoj vatri, te je bolja ako se ostavi da se dulje kuha. Neka dva sata su potrebna da se sarma skuha, da su svi sastojci skuhani, ako se radi o ve\u0107em loncu sarme, ali \u0161to se du\u017ee kuha to \u0107e se svi sastojci bolje povezati, unutar sarme \u0107e se osjetiti kiseli kupus, a i suho meso \u0107e pustiti svoje arome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to treba za napravit dobru sarmu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Osnovni sastojci za sarmu su kiseli kupus, mljeveno meso, sol, papar, bijeli luk.. Dodatno treba suho meso, ako \u0107ete staviti ispod sarme, najbolje neko s kostima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za zapr\u0161ku treba crvena paprika, malo ulja, malo soli i bra\u0161na. Najbolja je opcija da bude mije\u0161ano mljeveno meso, ali mo\u017ee biti po izboru mljeveno svinjsko meso, mljeveno tele\u0107e meso, mljeveno june\u0107e meso&#8230; Okus \u0107e biti sli\u010dan, a ovisno o tome koliko je mljeveno meso masno, sarma mo\u017ee biti malo masnija. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treba li u sarmu dodati mast<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U sarmu se uglavnom dodaje \u017elica masti, mast se dobro sla\u017ee s kupusom i ljep\u0161e se sve skupa skuha. No, mast se mo\u017ee presko\u010diti, iako je recept potpuniji s njom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proces pripreme sarme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ono \u0161to je potrebno napraviti prije ovog videa, odnosno prije motanja sarme, je priprema listova kiselog kupusa, kao i priprema sastojaka za sarmu, odnosno sastojaka kojima \u0107e se puniti sarma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S kisele glavice kupusa pa\u017eljivo odrezati list po list ili ga rukom odvojiti ukoliko se mo\u017ee. Bolje je no\u017eem jer je lak\u0161e, a i manja je mogu\u0107nost da \u0107e se o\u0161tetiti listovi. Listovi kiselog kupusa su izdr\u017eljivi, fleksibilni i \u017eilavi, zato se od njih mo\u017ee motati sarma, ali istovremeno oj je te\u0161ko otkinuti, zbog istih tih osobina, a ako pogre\u0161no povu\u010dete mo\u017ee puknuti i rasparati se cijeli list. Kada se listovi odvoje treba ih se pojedina\u010dno oprati, odnosno isprati u hladnoj teku\u0107oj vodi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostavite listove da se s njih okapa voda, ne treba ih dodatno posu\u0161iti, dok pripremite smjesu. Smjesa se mo\u017ee razlikovati ovisno o receptu po kojem radite sarmu, no u svim receptima u smjesi su ri\u017ea, mljeveno meso, za\u010dini sol, papar, \u010de\u0161njak, crvena paprika&#8230; Ostalo su nijanse. \u010cesto se sarma kuha sa suhim mesom, te pripremite i njega prije nego krenete savijati sarmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potom sarmu treba slo\u017eiti na suho meso, te doliti hladnu vodu da pokrije sarmu. Proces pripreme i kuhanja je isti za sarmu sa zapr\u0161kom i bez zapr\u0161ke. Kada je sarma skuhana, nakon dva sata kuhanja, treba probati teku\u0107inu oko sarme da li je dobra i dovoljno slana, ako jeste, ostaviti da kuha jo\u0161 pola sata.
