Motati s jedne strane u rolu do pola, a zatim s druge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izrezati role na veli\u010dinu pleha. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 &#8211; Prebaciti u pleh i&nbsp; staviti u pe\u0107nicu. Ako pravite tijesto za savija\u010du (bosansku pitu) u peka\u010du za kruh, prekinite proces nakon \u0161to odradi prvu fazu mije\u0161anja, odnosno nakon 15 do 20 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Razvijanje tijesta za pitu, savija\u010du od jabuka?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvadite tijesto i stavite na lagano nauljeni stol ili silikonski kalup za razvijanje. Savija\u010du od jabuka najlak\u0161e je razvijati na silikonskom kalupu. Za razliku od bosanske ona je bila tanje razvaljenog tijesta i gotovo nikad nije bila hrskava. \u010cesto je odavala dojam nepe\u010dene savija\u010de, ali ba\u0161 u tome le\u017eala je njena \u010dar i posebnost okusa. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treba li jabuke dinstati?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>U mnogim doma\u0107im receptima ribane jabuke se dinstaju prije nadijevanja<\/strong>, me\u0111utim u ovom receptu ih je dovoljno samo naribati. Dinstati jabuke je opcija ako se radi s kupovnim predgotovljenim korama, pa je vrijeme pe\u010denja pite mnogo kra\u0107e. U ovom slu\u010daju jabuke imaju sasvim dovoljno vremena da omek\u0161aju, dobro se ispeku i dobiju svu svoju slast potpuno pe\u010denih jabuka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treba li guliti jabuke za savija\u010du, pitu od jabuka?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ukoliko pitu od jabuka pripremate s doma\u0107im jabukama koje imaju zdravu koru, nije ih potrebno guliti<\/strong>, nego tek dobro oprati i posu\u0161iti. Kora od jabuka \u0107e dati va\u0161oj piti jednu sasvim novu raznobojnu dimenziju. Ipak nemojte o\u010dekivati da \u0107e nadjev biti jednako mekan, o\u010dekujte tako\u0111er raznolikost i u teksturi i tu i tamo osje\u0107aj tvrdo\u0107e pod zubima, ali budu\u0107i da su neoguljene jabuke nutricionisti\u010dki vrijednije svakako isprobajte i recept z pitu s neoguljenim jabukama, mo\u017eda je ba\u0161 po va\u0161em gu\u0161tu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zamrzavanje doma\u0107e savija\u010de, pite od jabuka?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Savija\u010du od jabuka mo\u017eete zamrznuti.<\/strong> Duboko zamrznute komade mo\u017eete \u010duvati u zamrziva\u010du 3-4 mjeseca. Podgrijavate tako da komad stavite na vatrostalni podlo\u017eak. Smrznut komad stavite u hladnu pe\u0107nicu i uklju\u010dite na 250 stupnjeva.
