Originalni u pe\u0107nici nisam pravila, ali ovaj iz peka\u010da opravdava naziv koji mu je dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svi koji su probali kod mene ovaj kruh iz peka\u010da su odu\u0161evljeni s njim i prima brojne pohvale, a mnogi znaju da to nije uvijek lako s kruhom iz peka\u010da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sastojci za mlije\u010dni kruh iz peka\u010da<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>4 dl mlijeka (ili 4 dl vode i 4 velike \u017elice mlijeka u prahu)<br>1 dl ulja<br>1 mala \u017elica soli<br>1 ju\u0161na \u017elica jabu\u010dnog ili alkoholnog octa<br>700 g glatkog bra\u0161na<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 mala \u017elica suhog kvasca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Priprema mlije\u010dnog kruha iz peka\u010da<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Staviti sastojke navedenim redoslijedom staviti u posudu peka\u010da za kruh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odabrati program basic (osnovni).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veliki kruh 1200 g.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mlije\u010dni kruh iz peka\u010da &#8211; \u0161to dodati u kruh<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uz gore navedene sastojke ja vrlo \u010desto u ovaj mlije\u010dni kruh dodajem sjemenke. Kod kruha iz peka\u010da najva\u017enija stvar je \u0161to potpuno kontrolirate sastojke. Me\u0111utim, s vremenom svatko za sebe prona\u0111e kruh iz peka\u010da za kruh koji mu je po mjeri i kod kojeg nema kompromisa.  Meni je ovaj kruh iz peka\u010da  izvrstan, iako u originalu uop\u0107e nije prona\u0111en me\u0111u receptima za peka\u010d kruha. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0161to pe\u0107i kruh u peka\u010du?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Da biste napravili kruh iz peka\u010da, trebate odvojiti samo pet minuta i staviti sve sastojke u peka\u010d, a peka\u010d kruha \u0107e odraditi sve ostalo. Naravno svi volimo kuhati komplicirana jela, ali za ne\u0161to poput kruha treba nam jednostavna metoda koja se zahtjevno\u0161\u0107u mo\u017ee porediti s odlaskom u pekaru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukoliko volite ba\u0161 jako bijeli kruh, i mekan i bijel kao oblak, dobra ideja je zamjena 200 g obi\u010dnog bra\u0161na, ri\u017einim bra\u0161nom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ovaj recept sam do\u0161la budu\u0107i da moja djeca ne vole sme\u0111e kruhove, nego tra\u017ee \u0161to bjelje, a istovremeno sam htjela u kruhu smanjiti udio glutena, pa se zamjena dijela obi\u010dnog bra\u0161na ri\u017einim bra\u0161nom \u010dinila izvrsnom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept za mlije\u010dni<em><strong> kruh iz peka\u010da s ri\u017einim bra\u0161nom:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kruh iz peka\u010da s ri\u017einim bra\u0161nom: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>450ml mlijeka (ili 4 dl vode i 4 velike \u017elice mlijeka u prahu)<br>1 dl ulja<br>1 mala \u017elica soli<br>1 ju\u0161na \u017elica jabu\u010dnog ili alkoholnog octa<br>500 g glatkog bra\u0161na<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g ri\u017einog bra\u0161na<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 mala \u017elica suhog kvasca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Staviti sastojke navedenim redoslijedom staviti u posudu peka\u010da za kruh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odabrati program basic (osnovni).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Opcija: Veliki kruh 1200 g.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U ovom kruhu potrebno je malo pove\u0107ati koli\u010dinu teku\u0107ih sastojaka jer ri\u017eino bra\u0161no upija vi\u0161e vode od obi\u010dnog bra\u0161na. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj kruh iz peka\u010da nevjerojatno je mekan, izda\u0161an bijel poput ljetnog oblaka. Bit \u0107e manje tvrd, rahliji i mekan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bra\u0161no za kruh, za razliku od obi\u010dnog bijelog bra\u0161na, a posebno polubijelog, ima vi\u0161e glutena, pa je takvo bra\u0161no pogodnije za pe\u010denje u peka\u010du za kruh.
