Postoji vi\u0161e verzija ovog kola\u010da, koji se uglavnom razlikuju prema sastojcima koji se u njega stavljaju. Stollen iz Dresdena je za\u0161ti\u0107eni znak, originalni Dresden Stollen je najpoznatiji bo\u017ei\u0107ni kola\u010d u Njema\u010dkoj, naziva se i Christstollen, specifi\u010dnog je oblika i posut \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu. Ako ste bili za blagdane u Njema\u010dkoj morali ste vidjeti, a vjerojatno i probati ovaj kola\u010d. On je ve\u0107 neko vrijeme popularan i van Njema\u010dke, te se \u010desto priprema ili kupuje. Meni je ovaj recept jednostavan, prilago\u0111en peka\u010du, a dobije se okus koji je sli\u010dan pravom Stollenu i bogatog je okusa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada sam razgovarala s drugima i raspitivala se koji je najbolji Stollen i po \u010demu vidjeti da je neki Stollen kola\u010d najbolji ili original recept, dobila sam zanimljive i razli\u010dite odgovore, a ukratko je da ne postoji jedan najbolji recept za Stollen, nego da ima vi\u0161e varijanti, te \u0107e onaj na koji je netko od djetinjstva naviknut njemu biti bolji i tradicionalni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tradicionalni Stollen je ru\u010dno ra\u0111en, ali mo\u017ee biti s vi\u0161e vi\u0161e ili manje suhog vo\u0107a, neki su malo vi\u0161e suhi dok su neki recepti za so\u010dniji kola\u010d. Svi su tradicionalni recepti, ali pomalo razli\u010diti. \u010cak i originalni Dresden Stollen postoji u nekoliko varijanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci u receptu za Stollen kola\u010d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Osnovni sastojci za pravi ru\u010dno ra\u0111eni i tradicionalni recept Stollena su p\u0161eni\u010dno bra\u0161no, maslac, kvasac, \u0161e\u0107er, limunova korica, kandirana naran\u010dina korica, gro\u017e\u0111ice, \u0161e\u0107er u prahu i za\u010dini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osnova Stollena je bra\u0161no i maslac, a ve\u0107a koli\u010dina maslaca \u010dini Stollen so\u010dnijim. Suho i kandirano vo\u0107e u Stollenu daje mu poseban miris i okus, ali i \u010dini unutra\u0161njost bogatom. Ako u receptu za Stollen ima vi\u0161e maslaca i jaja on \u0107e biti so\u010dniji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U Stollen se dodaje i vo\u0107na mje\u0161avina: gro\u017e\u0111ice, bademi, limunova kora, naran\u010dina kora&#8230;Ali mo\u017ee se dodati i su\u0161eno vo\u0107e poput brusnica, nasjeckanih marelica&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; U recept Stollen od badema : u njega se dodaju i bademi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-U recept za Stollen od marcipana se dodaje i marcipan, a udio marcipana bi trebao biti minimalno 5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; \u010cokoladni Stollen za razliku od ostalih ima komadi\u0107e \u010dokolade u tijestu i uglavnom s umjesto \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu prelijeva rastopljenom \u010dokoladom. U tijesto se dodaju komadi\u0107i \u010dokolade i bademi, a mogu se presko\u010diti gro\u017e\u0111ice i kandirano vo\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u010dini u Stollen kola\u010du<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cesto sam vidjela u receptima za Stollen kola\u010d da se u receptu spominje mje\u0161avina za\u010dina za Stollen, ona se kao takva mo\u017ee i kupiti, ali kod nas toga uglavnom nema. \u0160to se nalazi u tom miksu za\u010dina?
