Ovaj recept je ne\u0161to kompliciraniji, osim bifteka glavni sastojci su lisnato tijesto i \u0161ampinjoni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept nije toliko zahtjeva niti kompliciran, koliko zahtjeva nekoliko faza pripreme, dok se ne spoje svi sastojci. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako imate ve\u0107i komad bifteka, tada mo\u017eete koristiti dva lisnata tijesta, stavite jedan uz drugi, tj da se preklapaju cca 2cm i tu lagano po rubu pritisnite vilicom da se lisnata tijesta spoje. Ili popolvite biftek i stavite u dva lisnata<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za biftek u lisnatom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 svinjski biftek (lungi\u0107)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0161ampinjoni (ovisno o \u017eelji mo\u017ee 250gr ili 500 grama)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sol, papar, vegeta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u017eli\u010dica senfa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pakiranje lisnatog tijesta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema bifteka u lisnatom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Biftek posoliti, dodati malo vegete i papra. Pustit da malo odstoji, mo\u017ee desetak minuta, a mo\u017ee sat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Premazati senfom i stavit na tavu u koje smo stavili masno\u0107e.&nbsp;Prepr\u017eiti biftek sa svih strana da dobije lijepu boju.<br>Izvaditi ga u zdjelu te poklopit da se ne hladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U tavu na tu masno\u0107u stavit narezane \u0161ampinjone, dodati malo soli i malo vegete. Dinstati dok ne omek\u0161aju i puste vodu (oko 10 minuta).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ra\u0161iriti lisnato tijesto i na njega stavit gljive, pa biftek. Umotati biftek u lisnato pa u foliju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Staviti u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu i <strong>pe\u0107i sat vremena 200\u00b0C.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pred kraj pe\u010denja otvorite foliju i pogledajte kako izgleda. Prednost je ovog ru\u010dka \u0161to nakon \u0161to se odradi priprema, koja je ne\u0161to zahtjevnija, ima malo posla s receptom. Nakon \u0161to je stavljen biftek u lisnatom u pe\u0107nicu, on se lagano pe\u010de, a ja se mogu baviti drugim stvarima bez da se brinem o njemu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodatna prednost je \u0161to se on ne mora poslu\u017eiti vru\u0107 i ne gubi s protokom vremena. Moji uku\u0107ani ka\u017eu da im je \u010dak i bolji ako ga ostane za ve\u010deru, \u0161to je ustvari rijetko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Biftek se mo\u017ee pripremiti i ve\u010der prije i spremiti u fri\u017eider, u hermeti\u010dki zatvorenu zdjelu ili omotati folijom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kada ga izvadite iz fri\u017eidera namazati senfom <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zagrijati ulje u ve\u0107oj dubljoj tavi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>staviti u nju biftek u nju i zapr\u017eiti sa svih strana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>u me\u0111uvremenu nasjeckati \u0161ampinjone (ako niste kupili nasjeckane). Proces je jednostavniji ako kupite nasjeckane \u0161ampinjone. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>biftek izvaditi iz tave i poklopiti da se ne hladi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>u tavu dodati \u0161ampinjone, malo soli i malo vegete, te ih pr\u017eiti da puste vodu i da voda ispari<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dok se \u0161ampinjoni dinstaju, pripremiti lisnato tijesto ra\u0161iriti ga <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>na njega staviti \u0161ampinjone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preko \u0161ampinjona biftek <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lisnato lagano zarolati, mo\u017eda \u0107ete ga samo vi\u0161e preklopiti, a mo\u017eda mo\u017eete i rolati. Ovisi o debljini bifteka, koli\u010dini \u0161ampinjona i veli\u010dini lisnatog<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>umotati u foliju<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>staviti u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu na 200 stupnjeva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe\u0107i sat 50 minuta, zatim odmotati foliju i pe\u0107i jo\u0161 10 minuta da lisnato porumen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako imate ve\u0107i komad bifteka, tada mo\u017eete koristiti dva lisnata tijesta, stavite jedan uz drugi, tj da se preklapaju cca 2cm i tu lagano po rubu pritisnite vilicom da se lisnata tijesta spoje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U toj varijanti je bolje koristiti 500 grama \u0161ampinjona, a ne 250 grama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se koristi jedno lisnato \u010dak i s manjim biftekom on je od po\u010detka do kraja lisnatog. Odli\u010dan je za one koji vole vi\u0161e mesa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No, i lisnato i \u0161ampinjoni budu jako ukusni i specifi\u010dnog okusa, pa mnogi \u010desto tra\u017ee dodatno krajeve lisnatog, gdje nema mesa, ili dodatno \u0161ampinjona, pa onda kada je malo ve\u0107i biftek i ne stane u jedno lisnato, uzmem dva lisnata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je glavno jelo uz koje vrlo \u010desto uop\u0107e nije potreban prilog, dovoljna je salata.
