Prepoloviti paprike<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paprike staviti tj. poslo\u017eiti u nauljen pleh.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staviti u vru\u0107u pe\u0107nicu da se ispeku. Kad su gotove, izvaditi, pokriti i ostaviti da se malo ohlade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pe\u010dene paprike oguliti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Patlid\u017ean oprati, oguliti te nasjeckati na kockice. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staviti u lonac malo ulja, te dodati patlid\u017ean. Dinstati patlid\u017ean.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kada je patlid\u017ean omek\u0161ao, skinuti sa \u0161tednjaka i ostaviti da se hladi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pe\u010dene i oguljene paprike samljeti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Samljeti i patlid\u017ean. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>U ve\u0107i lonac staviti 250 ml ulja te na to dodati mljevene paprike i patlid\u017ean. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dinstati na laganoj vatri uz mije\u0161anje<strong> oko sat vremena.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nakon sat vremena dodati lagano (pomalo) uz neprestano mije\u0161anje jo\u0161 250 ml ulja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dinstati i kuhati <strong>jo\u0161 sat vremena<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dodati sol, esenciju i bijeli luk. Ovo prilagodite sebi, dodajte svega manju koli\u010dinu pa nakon par minuta izvadite i probajte. Potom dodajte jo\u0161 dok ne postignete okus koji vama odgovara.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dinstati jo\u0161 10-15 minuta, te potom skinuti sa \u0161tednjaka. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vru\u0107 ajvar sipati u vru\u0107e (zagrijane) tegle. Tegle dobro zatvoriti. Pustiti da se tegle ohlade. Tegle prekriti dekicom ili ne\u010dim sli\u010dnim kako bi se sporije hladile. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spremiti na hladno i tamno mjesto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ljuti ajvar od patlid\u017eana s pe\u010denim paprikama<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Postupak i sastojci za ljuti ajvar su isti kao u receptu iznad, samo ako \u017eelite <strong>ljuti ajvar<\/strong> treba dodati i malo mljevenih ljutih feferona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodatno su potrebni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ljuti feferoni (1 &#8211; 2) ovisno o tome koliko ljut ajvar \u017eelite dobiti)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Feferone samljeti dok se kuha ajvar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se dodaje ocat, sol i bijeli luk, dodati i mljevene ljute feferone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostatak recept je isti kao iznad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ajvar s pe\u010denim paprikama<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajvar je odli\u010dna zimnica, a ovaj s pe\u010denim paprikama se ne\u0161to razlikuje od ajvara s kuhanim paprikama, budu\u0107i da pe\u010dene paprike imaju ne\u0161to druga\u010diji okus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajvar kao zimnica je odli\u010dan na\u010din da paprike i patlid\u017ean pripremite kada im je sezona, te cijelu godinu imate na raspolaganju kao dodatak jelima. Na taj na\u010din se pove\u0107ava dnevni unos vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a, hranjivih sastojaka, a kada je ve\u0107 spreman, imate ga brzo i lako pri ruci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajvar se mo\u017ee koristiti na razli\u010dite na\u010dine, kao dodatak uz jela, mo\u017ee zamijeniti razli\u010dite gotove kupovne umake (\u0161to je posebno dobar na\u010din da se zamjene gotovi umaci) s doma\u0107i. Ajvar se tako\u0111er mo\u017ee koristiti kao namaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovako pripremljeni ajvar je potrebno \u010duvati na tamnom i hladnom mjestu, te se mo\u017ee \u010duvati oko godinu dana. Ponekad i vi\u0161e, no, to ovisi o uvjetima skladi\u0161tenja, kao i drugim elementima, te je te\u0161ko unaprijed predvidjeti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otvorenu teglu doma\u0107eg ajvara po ovom receptu se n mo\u017ee \u010duvati tako dugo, nego bi je trebalo konzumirati u kra\u0107em roku. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajvar bi, kad je gotov, najbolje bilo sipati u teglice razli\u010dite veli\u010dine. Na taj na\u010din mo\u017eete kombinirati, te prema potrebi otvarati manju ili ve\u0107u teglu. Na taj na\u010din smanjujete mogu\u0107nost da otvorena tegla ajvara du\u017ee stoji. No, u kakve tegle \u0107ete spremati ajvar nije pravilo, nego stvar izbora.
