Jelo je bogatog okusa i jednostavno za pripremu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 kelj<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 ve\u0107a krumpira<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>malo soli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>malo papra<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>nekoliko \u017elica maslinovog ulja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 re\u017eanj \u010de\u0161njaka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ogulite krumpire, nare\u017eite na \u010detvrtine i stavite ih kuhati u slanu vrelu vodu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operite i nare\u017eite kelj na sitnije komade. Stavite kuhati s krumpirima. Kuhajte zajedno jo\u0161 10tak minuta. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Procijedite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lagano vilicom nagnje\u010dite krumpit i pomije\u0161ajte s keljoom, ali da se odr\u017ei struktura pojedinog povr\u0107a, bez da se pretvori u pire. Za\u010dinite s 3-4 \u017elice maslinovog ulja, po \u017eelji papra i dodajte sitno sjeckani jedan re\u017eanj \u010de\u0161njaka. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vegetarijanska verzija kelja na le\u0161o kao cjelovitog obroka<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017delite li kompletan vegetarijanski obrok, mo\u017eete pripremiti vrlo ukusnu hladnu salatu od kelja na le\u0161o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prilikom kuhanja kelja na le\u0161o dodajte i dva krumpira kada se kelj skuhao, izvadite kelj da se hladi a krumpire nastavite kuhati jo\u0161 5-10 minuta. U me\u0111uvremenu nare\u017eite crvenu papriku, dodajte kuhani grah iz konzerve i po \u017eelji jo\u0161 neko povr\u0107e ili za bogatiji okus mo\u017eete dodati zrnca nara koja izvrsno odgovaraju uz ovo jelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve skupa za\u010dinite maslinovim uljem, dodajte narezane kuhane krumpire, malo posolite i popaprite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kelj kao namirnica <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelj nije svakako nepoznato povr\u0107e, ali iz nekog razloga kod nas je zapostavljeno u korist drugog kupusnog povr\u0107a kojem rodu pripada. Ipak, kelj je nutricionisti\u010dki toliko bogat, a sadr\u017ei vrlo malo kalorija tako da ovo povr\u0107e nudi mnoge zdravstvene koristi i prava \u0161teta je ne jesti ga. Dobro podnosi i zimu pa je povr\u0107e kojeg mo\u017eemo kupiti svje\u017ee kroz cijelu jesensko \u2013 zimsku \u2013 proljetnu sezonu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelj se obi\u010dno kuha jer ima takvu teksturu i najboljeg je okusa kuhan, ali mo\u017ee se pripremati na pari, dinstati ili jesti svje\u017e. Kod nas su najpoznatija jela od kelja kelj na le\u0161o, kelj na dalmatinski, varivo od kelja i sarma od kelja. Mo\u017eete ga dodati u sendvi\u010d svje\u017eeg ili dodati jedan list uz grincek u juhu. Svakom jelu u koje se doda makar i u minimalnoj koli\u010dini obogatit \u0107e okus, a svakako \u0107e u\u010diniti jelo zdravijim. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako tra\u017eite namirnicu koju trebate uvrstiti u tjedni popis za kupovinu tada se glavica kelja treba na\u0107i na vrhu popisa.
