Ovako mariniran pure\u0107i batak mo\u017ee skoro dva dana bit u hladnjaku prije pe\u010denja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najbolje ga je pe\u0107i u aluminijskoj foliji. Dobro ga zamotati prije pe\u010denja, staviti u tepsiju s poklopcem, i poklopiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zagrijati pe\u0107nicu na najja\u010de i stavi u pe\u0107nicu. Iscijediti ostatak vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostatke masno\u0107e i teku\u0107ine iz folije u kojoj ste pekli pure\u0107i batak prelijte preko njih. Ili dodati mlince u masno\u0107u kraj bataka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako imate vi\u0161e masno\u0107e, ili radite vi\u0161e mlinaca, te ih ne mo\u017eete ravnomjerno preliti masno\u0107om, masno\u0107a se mo\u017ee odvojiti u posudicu i poslu\u017eiti tako, kako bi se mogla dodatno preliti preko mlinaca jer netko voli s vi\u0161e masno\u0107e a netko s manje, pa ostavim tu opciju. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pure\u0107i batak i zabatak u pe\u0107nici (s mlincima)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pure\u0107i batak i zabatak radim po istom receptu kao i pure\u0107i batak (recept iznad). Ako je pure\u0107i zabtak veliki ja ga razre\u017eem kako bi dobio hrskaviju koru s vi\u0161e strana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ako radite pure\u0107i batak ili zabtak s mlincima tada provjerite ima li dovoljno teku\u0107ine, za mlince, ako nema dodajte \u017elicu ulja preko bataka i \u017elicu dvije vode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vratiti u pe\u0107nicu otklopljeno jo\u0161 <strong>pola sata.<\/strong> Pratiti kako se pe\u010de te kada dobije lijepu boju isklju\u010diti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrijeme pe\u010denja je oko 2,5 do 3 sata. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proces se mo\u017ee ubrzati tako da malo du\u017ee pe\u010dete na ja\u010doj temperaturi. mlincima<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovakav na\u010din pripreme je dobar izbor za one koji vole puricu s mlincima, ali nemaju vremena ili potrebe za pripremu cijele purice. Isto tako neki preferiraju pure\u0107i batak te je ovo varijanta za sli\u010dno jelo, ali s druga\u010dijim sastojcima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pure\u0107i batak s mlincima je jelo koje se relativno jednostavno priprema. Za njegovu pripremu potrebno je, istina, ne\u0161to du\u017ee vremena, budu\u0107i da du\u017ee traje pe\u010denje, no, ukupni anga\u017eman tijekom tog vremena nije veliki. Odli\u010dan je izbor za obiteljski ru\u010dak ili goste budu\u0107i da pripremu bataka mo\u017eete odraditi dan ranije, te potom dan kada spremate ru\u010dak samo staviti pe\u0107i. Nakon \u0161to se batak stavi u pe\u0107nicu potrebno ga je samo povremeno provjeriti, ali to je dovoljno dva do tri puta. Pure\u0107i batak se mo\u017ee ispe\u0107i br\u017ee no ja preferiram pe\u010denje polako u foliji budu\u0107i da na taj na\u010din meso bude so\u010dno. Ukoliko mate dovoljno vremena tada je optimalno ga prvo dobro ispe\u0107i u foliji kako bi se svi sastojci zadr\u017eali unutra, meso \u0107e se dobro ispe\u0107i, a ne\u0107e biti suho.
