Poriluk se dobro sla\u017ee sa slaninom, te je rezultat zanimljivo i ukusno jelo koje je brzo gotovo, te idealno za pripremu kada nemam puno vremena na raspolaganju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za poriluk sa slaninom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>poriluk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>slanina, \u0161pek ili \u0161unka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>malo ulja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema poriluka sa slaninom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poriluk sa slaninom je brzo i jednostavno jelo za pripremu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poriluk oprati, te nasjeckati na komade po \u017eelji. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nasjeckati slaninu ili \u0161pek. Zagrijati u dubljoj tavi malo ulja, te na to dodati nasjeckanu slaninu. Slaninu lagano pr\u017eiti u tavi. Slanina treba poprimiti zlatno \u017eutu boju, te pustiti masno\u0107e. Ovo jelo s porilukom je brzo gotovo, budu\u0107i da sam poriluk bude brzo gotov, a kada se radi sa slaninom koja je tako\u0111er brzo gotova, tada kompletno jelo bude prili\u010dno brzo gotovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo jelo mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti kao prilog, ali i kao samostalno jelo. Isto tako ono mo\u017ee biti toplo predjelo, s tim da ga tada poslu\u017eim na tostanom kruhu ili nekoj sli\u010dnoj varijanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u010dini se mogu dodati po \u017eelji, ali budu\u0107i da su obje namirnice aromati\u010dne, ja uglavnom ne stavljam dodatne za\u010dine. Kada dodajte sol obratite pa\u017enju na to koliko je slanina koju koristite slana, budu\u0107i da \u0107e dio njene slano\u0107e prije\u0107i i na poriluk, te ne treba staviti koli\u010dinu soli koji bi ina\u010de stavili da ne pripremamo poriluk sa slaninom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bi jelo bilo brzo gotovo poriluk nasjeckam na manje komade, oko 1 cm debljine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo jelo ne samo da je ukusno, nego je i lijepe \u0161arene boje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poriluk se na vrlo sli\u010dne na\u010dine mo\u017ee raditi i s drugim namirnicama. Mo\u017ee se koristiti slanina, \u0161pek kao i kuhana slanina, hamburger. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poriluk sa slaninom i jajima<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sli\u010dno ovom receptu, odnosno kao kombinacija s receptom Poriluk s jajima (Detaljnije: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=24510\">Poriluk s jajima \u2013 Recepti<\/a> ) mo\u017ee se napraviti jelo od poriluka, slanine i jaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>slanina \/ \u0161pek<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jaja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>malo vrhnja ili mlijeka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>poriluk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>malo soli i papra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oprati poriluk i nasjeckati na komade. Nasjeckati slaninu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U dublju tavu staviti malo ulja, te na nju dodati slaninu. Kada se slanina lagano ispr\u017ei, dodati na nju nasjeckani poriluk. Dinstati sve skupa oko 7 minuta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umutiti jaja s malo soli i vrhnjem. Nemojte previ\u0161e soli dodavati budu\u0107i da je slanina uglavnom ve\u0107 slana. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodati umu\u0107ena jaja na slaninu i poriluk. Sve skupa dobro promije\u0161ati, te opr\u017eiti jo\u0161 nekih 5 minuta, odnosno da jaja budu dobro pe\u010dena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koli\u010dinu poriluka i jaja prilagodite broju osoba za koje pravite obrok. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom da se u jelo dodaje slanina, poriluk i jaja, u pravilu je dovoljno jedno do dva jaja po osobi. Ali to \u0107e ovisiti i o tome da li ste ovo planirali kao brzi obrok, me\u0111uobrok, toplo predjelo ili kao prilog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dinstani poriluk<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sli\u010dno ovim verzijama, poriluk se mo\u017ee i samostalno dinstati.
