Kad je tijesto gotovo pripremate fil.  Odmah nakon toga mo\u017eete tijesto stavljati u kalupe, puniti i pe\u0107i. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema tijesta za \u0161ape s orasima<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bismo pripremili tijesto za \u0161ape s orasima treba margarin sobne temperature umijesiti s bra\u0161nom u rahlo tijesto. Pomije\u0161ajte ve\u0107inu bra\u0161na (oko 400 grama) s margarinom, a ostatak ostavite sa strane. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odvojiti \u017eumanjke od bjelanjaka. U zdjelu staviti \u017eumanjke te dobro umutiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodat u smjesu margarina i bra\u0161na \u017eumanjke koje smo prethodno umutili i dodavat bra\u0161na da bude malo tvr\u0111e tijesto.&nbsp; Ovisno o veli\u010dini jaja, mo\u017eda vam ne\u0107e trebati svih 500 grama bra\u0161na nego i manje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijesto treba biti meko i glatko oblikovano. Kad je tijesto za \u0161ape gotovo ostavite da sa strane. Tijesto ne treba dugo stajati tako da ne trebate ra\u010dunati s dodatnim vremenom za stajanje tijesta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema fila za \u0161ape s orasima<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Umutiti 5 bjelanjka i \u0161e\u0107er&nbsp;u \u0161to tvr\u0111i snijeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodavati lagano u bjelanjke \u017elicu po \u017elicu orahe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema za pe\u010denja \u0161apa s orasima<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijesto odvajati na komadi\u0107e, ovisno o veli\u010dini kalupa, vjerojatno \u0107e veli\u010dina oraha, staviti u sredinu kalupa te razvu\u0107i rukom tj. prstima kako bi se s tijestom oblo\u017eio cijeli kalup. Tijesto treba tanko prekriti cijeli kalup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalupe u pravilu nije potrebno prethodno namazati, nego u njih se mo\u017ee direktno stavljati tijesto. To \u0107ete prilagoditi kalupima koje imate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada tanko tijesto oblo\u017ei kalupe, u kalupe na tijesto stavljati bjelanjke. To mo\u017eete \u017elicom, ili s ne\u010dim \u0161to vam je prakti\u010dno.  U prosjeku jedna mala \u010dajna \u017elica je dovoljna za jedan kalup, ali to \u0107e ovisiti o veli\u010dini kalupa. Bjelanjke s orasima u kalupe mo\u017eete staviti do ravnine kalupa, ali bolje je staviti preko pa \u010dak i natrpano.- Bjelanjak se prilikom pe\u010denja skupi, tako da ukoliko klupe napunite ravno, oni \u0107e biti na kraju malo udubljeni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u0107i na 180 &#8211; 2005\u00b0C oko 20 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad su \u0161ape s orasima gotove i izvadite ih iz kalupa pospite ih sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu. Najbolje ih je posuti \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu odmah, dok su jo\u0161 tople. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>U tijesto ne ide \u0161e\u0107er, da netko ne pomisli da je gre\u0161ka. Okus se izbalansira, tako da nema potrebe u tijesto dodavati \u0161e\u0107er.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je odli\u010dan kola\u010d koji se doslovno topi u ustima, te se \u010desto kod nas radi za blagdane, spada u bo\u017ei\u0107ne kola\u010de te se \u010desto poslu\u017euje u takvim prigodama i jedan je od suhih kola\u010da koji mi je uz <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=13574\">oblatne<\/a> omiljen. Iako se radi o suhom kola\u010du, specifi\u010dan je jer ima punjenje od bjelanjaka i oraha \u0161to mu daje posebnu \u010dar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S njim ne mo\u017eete pogrije\u0161iti ako stavite deblje tijesto ili manje ili vi\u0161e smjese punjenja. Ali pratite brzinu pe\u010denja, oni trebaju dobiti lagano zla\u0107anu boju, ali ne trebaju biti sme\u0111i. To se dobro vidi i po bjelanjcima tj punjenju, tako da ih na vrijeme izvadite kako se ne bi presu\u0161ile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Recepti poslala: K.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ape s orasima &#8211;
