Stavite u mikrovalnu koliko treba da vam otopi maslac, oko 1-2 min na srednjoj ja\u010dini (ovisno o ja\u010dini mikrovalne, ako vam je max ja\u010dina 700W tada \u0107e trebati 1 min). Izvadite vani. Ako je ostalo neotopljenog maslaca, promije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodajte malo pomalo bra\u0161no, mije\u0161aju\u0107i kako bi se bra\u0161no sjedinilo s maslacem.<br>\nPonovno zdjelu stavite u mikrovalnu na nekoliko sekundi, dovoljno da se po\u010dnu stvarati mjehuri\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvadite smjesu i polako dodajte mlijeko, sol i mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107 neprestano mije\u0161aju\u0107i kako biste dobili jednoliku smjesu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vratite u mikrovalnu na jo\u0161 1 minutu (ovisno o ja\u010dini mikrovalne pe\u0107nice), izvadite promije\u0161ajte i vratite na jo\u0161 1 minutu. Ja sam naviknuta na kori\u0161tenje mikrovalne pa mi je i recept jednostavan. Tako \u0107e vjerojatno biti i drugima koji \u010desto koriste mikrovalnu, dok \u0107e onima koji je izbjegavaju recept biti jednostavno kompliciran. Sli\u010dno kao \u0161to neki koriste mikrovalnu za kuhanje povr\u0107a i odmrzavanje, dok drugi niti ne pomisle za kuhanje povr\u0107a koristiti mikrovalnu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako u ne\u0161to trebate malo umaka ili kuhate ne\u0161to samo za dvoje, tada je ovo zaista jednostavno, no, ne\u0161to je manje prakti\u010dno kada treba ve\u0107a koli\u010dina be\u0161amel umaka, iako sam radila i ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu u ve\u0107im zdjelama. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovako pripremljen be\u0161amel umak se mo\u017ee koristiti kao i klasi\u010dni be\u0161amel.
