Jedina zamjerka je \u0161to se ne mo\u017ee posti\u0107i tamna boja umaka, jer zapravo u sporom kuhalu nema pregrijavanja gdje povr\u0161inski sloj mesa pomalo &#8220;zagorijeva&#8221; i lagano otpu\u0161ta ekstra tamnu boju, nego se meso toplinski obra\u0111uje na umjerenoj temperaturu cijelo vrijeme. Da biste dobili tamniju boju umaka mo\u017eda se mo\u017eete poslu\u017eiti nekim od ovih trikova: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=24954\">Kako da umak ili gula\u0161 dobije tamnu boju<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koli\u010dina mesa bi trebala biti od 500 g do 1000 g, ovisno o veli\u010dini va\u0161eg sporog kuhala, a i koli\u010dina umaka je dovoljna da prati ovu koli\u010dinu mesa. Koji komad \u0107ete junetine odabrati tako\u0111er nije bitno, va\u017eno je samo da je junetina bez kosti, budu\u0107i da u sporom kuhalu svako meso lijepo omek\u0161a. Zbog toga je priprema u sporom kuhalu ne\u0161to isplativija, jer \u0107ete izvrsnu pa\u0161ticadu dobiti i od jeftinijih komada mesa, poput kocki za gula\u0161. Naravno s kvalitetnijim komadima mesa sve skupa \u0107e izgledati bolje i privla\u010dnije, ali mo\u017eete upotrijebiti ono koje vam je dostupnije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obi\u010dno kada kuhamo ne pazimo na kvalitetu vina, ali ovdje je mo\u017eda bitno odabrati \u0161to tamnije crno vino kako bi umak u kona\u010dnici dobio lijepu i tamnu boju. Kao zamjenu za tamnu boju mo\u017eete ciljati i na crvenu finu boju, tada upotrijebite vi\u0161e raj\u010dice i potrudite se prona\u0107i \u0161to kvalitetnije pelate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Njoke mo\u017eete sami pripremiti, a mo\u017eete i kupiti odgovaraju\u0107e radi u\u0161tede na vremenu. Koli\u010dina umaka dovoljna je za 1 kg njoka, ali \u0107e podnijeti i ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu sve do 1,5 kg kuhanih njoka.
