Palamida ima ukusno i so\u010dno meso, a po ovo receptu se brzo priprema. Meni je ovo najbolji recept za palamidu. Na sli\u010dan na\u010din se mogu pripremiti i druge vrste ribe. Ovo je jednostavan i brz recept, istovremeno se pe\u010de i riba i povr\u0107e, te se brzo dobije ukusan i kvalitetan obrok. Oguliti krumpir i ostao povr\u0107e te narezati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve ubaciti u \u0161krovadu \/ lim za pe\u010denje. Nauljiti, posoliti (ribu i iznutra), popapriti i dodati malo vegete. Dobro izmije\u0161ati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poklopiti alu folijom za pe\u010denje. Staviti u vru\u0107u pe\u0107nicu. I pe\u010de se cijelo vrijeme na toj temperaturi. Samo \u0161to se vi\u0161e od pola pe\u010denja pe\u010de pokrivena ili poklopljena, a  potom se otvori kako bi se lijepo zapekla i riba i povr\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dugo se pe\u010de palamida s povr\u0107em u pe\u0107nici<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Palamidu s povr\u0107em u pe\u0107nici treba pe\u0107i 35 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvo se palamida s povr\u0107em pe\u010de u plehu prekrivenom aluminijskom folijom 20 minuta. Potom se skine alu folija i pe\u010de jo\u0161 15 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako je palamida malo ve\u0107a, vrijeme pe\u010denja se mo\u017ee malo produ\u017eiti. Ali bolje produ\u017eiti dio kada je poklopljena jer se tako unutarnji dio bolje ispe\u010de, a ne\u0107e se osu\u0161iti riba. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koje povr\u0107e pe\u0107i s palamidom u pe\u0107nici?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uobi\u010dajeno je kod nas osnova krumpir. Uz krumpir se dodaje i drugo povr\u0107e poput luka i mrkve, ali se mo\u017ee dodati i drugo povr\u0107e po izboru poput ljutike, \u0161ampinjona&#8230; Raj\u010dice se spominju u receptima s palamidom u foliji, no, njih je bolje koristiti u tako posebnim receptima, a ne kod kombinacije povr\u0107a jer \u0107e preuzeti okus, a njihova te\u010dnost \u0107e napraviti umak te \u0107e cijeli ovaj recept postati ne\u0161to druga\u010diji. Dakle, iako raj\u010dice idu uz palamidu, ja ih u ovom receptu ne dodajem u mje\u0161avinu povr\u0107a koje stavljam uz palamidu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Maslinovo ili obi\u010dno ulje za palamidu u pe\u0107nici?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako se palamida mo\u017ee napraviti i s obi\u010dnim ulje, mi to nikad ne radimo jer i meni i mojim uku\u0107anima maslinovo ulje odli\u010dno odgovara uz ribu, u ovom slu\u010daju palamidu, te uvijek ribu pe\u010demo s maslinovim uljem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koji za\u010dini idu uz palamidu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Neki od uobi\u010dajenih za\u010dina koji se dodaju palamidi su sol, papar, \u010de\u0161njak, per\u0161in, lovorov list, ru\u017emarin, mo\u017ee se dodati i limunov sok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako se \u017eeli marinirati palamida unaprijed, marinada se mo\u017ee pripremiti od maslinovog ulja, limuna \u010de\u0161njaka, origana, ali se mo\u017ee dodati i \u010dili papri\u010dice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op\u0107enito, palamida se sla\u017ee dobro sa mediteranskim za\u010dinima, ne\u0107ete pogrije\u0161iti ni ako koristite mediteranski miks za\u010dina. Aromati\u010dno bilje i maslinovo ulje su dovoljni da bi palamida bila odli\u010dnog okusa, bez obzira o kojem se na\u010dinu pripreme palamide radilo, u pe\u0107nici ili neki drugi. A svi ti za\u010dini dobro idu i uz krumpire, koji se koriste u ovom, receptu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako pripremati jo\u0161 palamidu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Palamida se mo\u017ee pripremati na razne na\u010dine, a jedan su odresci na \u017earu ili tavi. Riba se izre\u017ee na odreske debljine 3 cm i pe\u010de na tavi ili ro\u0161tilju, posoljena, a poslije za\u010dini maslinovim uljem.
