Bra\u0161no treba dobiti zlatnu boju.<br>Dodajte mlijeko sobne temperature, malo po malo mije\u0161aju\u0107i smjesu u loncu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poja\u010dajte temperaturu na \u0161tednjaku i nastavite mije\u0161ati, dodajte parmezan i mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107.<br>Nastavite kuhati i mije\u0161ati dok smjesa ne postigne \u017eeljenu gusto\u0107u tj. ne bude kremasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skinuti sa \u0161tednjaka i ostaviti sa strane dok vam ne zatreba za kori\u0161tenje u osnovnom receptu, odnosno u procesu pripreme lazanja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Be\u0161amel za lazanje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovisno o tome koliko vam be\u0161amel umaka za lazanje treba pove\u0107avajte koli\u010dinu, ali osnovni omjer je 100 ml mlijeka, 10 gr maslaca i 10 gr bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-5-background-color has-background\">Baza za izradu be\u0161amel umaka je omjer 100 ml mlijeka, 10 grama maslaca i 10 grama bra\u0161na. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako vam treba gu\u0161\u0107i be\u0161amel umak za lazanje tada mo\u017eete smanjiti koli\u010dinu mlijeka, a ako vam treba rje\u0111i tada pove\u0107ajte koli\u010dinu mlijeka. Ali to ovisi o receptu i sastojcima. No, mo\u017ee se koristiti i toplo i hladno mlijeko, kao i mlijeko sobne temperature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mo\u017ee li se be\u0161amel umak za lazanje napraviti unaprijed?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Be\u0161amel umak se mo\u017ee napraviti i ranije kako biste si olak\u0161ali pravljanje lazanja, odnosno kako biste ubrzali proces \u0161to je posebno prakti\u010dno kada nemamo dovoljno vremena. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako ste<strong> be\u0161amel umak napravili unaprijed<\/strong>, prebacite ga u zdjelu i prekrijte prozirnom folijom kako biste sprije\u010dili stvaranje tvrde povr\u0161ine. Kada se be\u0161amel ohladi, spremite ga u fri\u017eider.
