Va\u017eno je vrlo \u010desto mije\u0161ati, a pred kraj kuhanja mije\u0161ati non stop kako se ne bi ri\u017ea zalijepila za dno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poslu\u017eite, tako da pospete \u0161e\u0107er u prahu preko, cimet ili vo\u0107e iz vo\u0107nog kompota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Drugi na\u010din pripreme Milchreisa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za drugi na\u010din vam treba dodatno 15 grama maslaca. Rastopiti u dubljem loncu maslac i dodati ri\u017eu, te prvo ri\u017eu kratko pirjati. Potom dodati ostale sastojke. Pustiti da proklju\u010da, potom smanjiti i poklopiti. Povremeno mije\u0161ati, a pred kraj \u010desto. Kuhati oko pola sata dok se ri\u017ea skroz ne skuha i Milchreis postane gusta smjesa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ri\u017ea na mlijeku na njema\u010dki na\u010din &#8211; Milchreis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ri\u017ea na mlijeku na njema\u010dki na\u010din se poslu\u017euje uglavnom topla, iako mo\u017ee i hladna. Treba biti kremasta i mekana, sli\u010dna pudingu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom da \u0107e svaka ri\u017ea druga\u010dije upiti mlijeko, a to ovisi i o temperaturi, ako vidite da ri\u017ea jo\u0161 nije dobro kuhana, a Milchreis postaje previ\u0161e gust, dodajte jo\u0161 malo mlijeka. To nije nikakav problem i ne\u0107e ni\u0161ta utjecati na rezultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to ako je Milchreis previ\u0161e gust ili previ\u0161e rijedak?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako je Milchreis previ\u0161e teku\u0107i otklopite da se br\u017ee isparava. Ako je Milchreis ve\u0107 gotov ostavite da malo odstoji kako bi ri\u017ea upila ostatke mijeka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S \u010dim servirati ri\u017eu na mlijeku na njema\u010dki na\u010din<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Milchreis se uobi\u010dajeno servira s nekim kompotom, na prvom mjestu je kompot od vi\u0161anja. Ono \u0161to jo\u0161 nude uz Milchreis su kompot ili njihov doma\u0107i umak od jabuka (ja ga ne radim pa sama ne mogu dodati umak od jabuka), ali kada sam jela u Njema\u010dkoj opcija je bila i kompot od jabuka. Osim ove dvije varijante koje su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e Milchreis se kombinira i s kompotom od nekog drugog, ali uglavnom crvenog vo\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao i na\u0161a verzija i Milchreis posipaju cimetom, \u010dak sam primijetila da mnogi dodaju i cimet i kompot. Varijante su i posipanje \u010dokoladom, \u010dokoladnim umakom, a osim kompota uz Milchreis se poslu\u017euje svje\u017ee vo\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ri\u017ea na mlijeku na njema\u010dki na\u010din &#8211; Milchreis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se priprema Milchreis omjer mlijeka i ri\u017ee je jedan prema \u010detiri. Tako mo\u017eete jednostavnije izabrati koliko Milchreisa \u017eeleite pripremiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Koju ri\u017eu izabrati?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za ri\u017eu na mlijeku na njema\u010dki na\u010din najbolji izbor je ri\u017ea okruglog zrna. Na taj na\u010din ri\u017ea na mlijeku ima dovoljno \u0161kroba \u0161to osigurava kremast rezultat koji podsje\u0107a na puding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No, mo\u017ee se koristiti bilo koja ri\u017ea, potrebno je vrijeme kuhanja prilagoditi izboru ri\u017ee i kuhati koliko pi\u0161e na pakiranju kako bi se ri\u017ea potpuno skuhala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Koje mlijeko izabrati?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Punomasno mlijeko je bolji izbor jer \u0107e na taj na\u010din ri\u017ea na mlijeku na njema\u010dki na\u010din odnosno Milchreis imati bogatiji okus.
