Stavite na \u0161tednjak te dodaje \u0161e\u0107er. Neka lagano zakuha. Nakon desetak minuta dodajte mlijeko i kuhajte jo\u0161 oko 15 minuta. Ukupno kuhanje \u0107e zavisiti od ri\u017ee, ali i ja\u010dine temperature na kojoj kuhate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako \u017eelite gu\u0161\u0107u sutliju smanjite koli\u010dinu vode te neka bude ista koli\u010dina mlijeka i vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ri\u017eu s mlijekom mo\u017eete dodati cimet, ribanu \u010dokoladu, gro\u017e\u0111ice ili drugo su\u0161eno vo\u0107e po \u017eelji. Ve\u0107 samo ime dosta asocira na tradiciju i neka starija vremena, ali to ne zna\u010di da ovaj desert nije  danas jednako dobar. S vremenom su se ukusi mijenjali, te sam radila varijacije oko ovog osnovnog recepta. S obzirom da sam vidjela sli\u010dne recepte i u drugim regija eksperimentirala sam i s njihovim dodacima i varijantama. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod nas se sutlija radila na ovaj na\u010din, osim \u0161to se mijenjala koli\u010dina vode u receptu ovisno o tome tko je volio vi\u0161e gu\u0161\u0107u ili rje\u0111u ri\u017eu. Poslije smo po\u010deli dodavati i cimet, kako bi obogatili ili malo promijenili okus. Meni osobno je sutlija dobra i bez ikakvih dodatak, no ponekad jednostavno ovisi o raspolo\u017eenju \u0161to bih dodala u nju. Dodavanje ostalih elemenata u sutliju kod nas se nije zadr\u017ealo, iako se znalo povremeno je ukrasiti su\u0161enim vo\u0107em ili kompotom. To je dosta ovisilo i o razdoblju godine u kojem se pravila ri\u017ea na mlijeku, \u0161ta je tada bilo dostupno, ili \u0161to nam se vi\u0161e jelo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to \u0107ete dodati na tanjuru sa sutlijom ovisi o tome \u0161ta volite. Kompoti, i teku\u0107ina i vo\u0107e iz kompota se \u010desto koriste, a mo\u017eete birati kompot prema vlastitim \u017eeljama. Kompot je \u010dest u njema\u010dkim varijantama ri\u017ee na mlijeku.  Ovdje mo\u017eete prona\u0107i recept: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=24667\">Ri\u017ea na mlijeku na njema\u010dki na\u010din \u2013 Milchreis \u2013 <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dugo se kuha sutlija<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ri\u017ea se dodaje u hladnu vodu, kada kuha nekih desetak minuta dodaje se mlijeko. Potom kuhuati jo\u0161 15 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukupno vrijeme kuhanja sutlije je 25-30 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No, mo\u017ee se razlikovati ovisno o tipu ri\u017ee koji se koristi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sutlija \/ sutlija\u0161<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sutlija je odli\u010dan izbor za me\u0111uobrok, budu\u0107i da kao klasi\u010dan desert nakon obroka djeluje previ\u0161e zasitno. No, i u tom slu\u010daju je dobar izbor ako smo imali laganiji obrok. Unato\u010d tome, ja je preferiram kao me\u0111uobrok budu\u0107i da se radi o hranjivoj i zasitnoj namirnici. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod mene se sutlija \u010desto na\u0111e na meniju, mo\u017eda \u0161to je jednostavan recept i brzo se priprema, ali mo\u017eda i zato \u0161to me podsje\u0107a na djetinjstvo i okuse iz toga razdoblja pa ima neku posebnu \u010dar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako \u0107e po sastojcima nekima izgledati da se radi o nezanimljivom receptu i ne\u0107e ih privu\u0107i na isprobavanje, moram sugerirati da ga probaju, budu\u0107i da su mnogi zadovoljni s ovim receptom. Osim toga, ovakav ili u sli\u010dnim varijantama se recept koristi desetlje\u0107ima i jo\u0161 uvijek je prisutan, \u0161to ipak ne\u0161to govori i o tome da je mnogima sutlija i dalje drag izbor deserta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sutlije odnosno ri\u017ea na mlijeku se mo\u017ee prona\u0107i i u gotovim varijantama, no meni je i dalje dra\u017ea u doma\u0107oj izvedbi i kad je napravim kod ku\u0107e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sutlija odnosno bosanska ri\u017ea na mlijeku se uobi\u010dajeno servira u tanjurima, ali je \u010desto i serviranje u razli\u010ditim zdjelicama.
