Mije\u0161ati dok ne dobije zlatnu boju, dodati mlijeko, sol, papar. Mije\u0161ati dok se ne po\u010dne zgu\u0161njavati i maknuti s vatre. S obzirom da je integralno bra\u0161no tamnije od bijelog bra\u0161na i be\u0161amel umak od integralng bra\u0161na je tamniji od obi\u010dnog umaka. Kako integralno bra\u0161no nije jednoli\u010dne boje, tako \u0107e i be\u0161amel umak s integralnim bra\u0161nom biti \u0161aren. Ne radi se o grudicama i o tome da be\u0161amel nije dobro napravljen, nego jednostavno zbog takve vrste bra\u0161na i be\u0161amel tako izgleda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be\u0161amel se na ovaj na\u010din je zanimljiv s jedne strane jer nudi mogu\u0107nost kori\u0161tenja integralnog bra\u0161na, a uz to daje drugi okus i da nije \u010desto umak. To je posebno zanimljivo ako \u010de\u0161\u0107e radite be\u0161amel umak i jela s be\u0161amel umakom ili ako isklju\u010divo koristiti integralno bra\u0161no pa pri ruci niti nemate bijelo bra\u0161no. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I dok za lazanje i dalje uglavnom koristim klasi\u010dni recept poput ovog: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=24682\">Be\u0161amel umak za lazanje \u2013 Recepti<\/a> be\u0161amel s integralnim bra\u0161nom je odli\u010dan za kombiniranje s tjesteninama, posebno s tortelinama i drugom punjenom tjesteninom. Be\u0161amel umak od integralnog bra\u0161na koristim \u010desto i u kombinaciji sa \u0161pinatom, brokulom, piletinom, \u0161ampinjonima&#8230; Be\u0161amel se op\u0107enito sla\u017ee dobro s brojnim namirnicama, a jednostavan je za pripremu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u0161to be\u0161amel s integralnim branom? Kada sam krenula s \u010de\u0161\u0107im kori\u0161tenjem integralnog bra\u0161na shvatila sam da i dalje u mnoge recepte ide bijelo bra\u0161no, te sam eksperimentirala kako bi uvela raznolikost te vi\u0161e koristila integralno bra\u0161no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be\u0161amel umak se mo\u017ee raditi i s pirovim bra\u0161nom. Be\u0161amel s bijelim pirovim bra\u0161nom je sli\u010dniji klasi\u010dnom be\u0161amel umaku dok je be\u0161amel umak s integralnim pirovim bra\u0161nom sli\u010dniji ovom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be\u0161amel umak koristim za razna jela, kada ho\u0107u ne\u0161to brzinski pripremiti, te da ne moram du\u017ee \u010dekati za pripremu umaka. Osim za lazanje, ja be\u0161amel koristim i za brojna druga jela. S obzirom da sastojke za be\u0161amel uvijek imam doma, jednostavnije mi je pripremiti be\u0161amel umak nego npr. tra\u017eiti vrhnje za kuhanje. Ja uglavnom u ve\u0107ini recepata kada ide vrhnje za kuhanje zamijenim ga sa be\u0161amel umakom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be\u0161amel umak se mo\u017ee pripremiti dan ranije, spremiti u hladnjak, te koristiti kasnije. Na taj na\u010din se olak\u0161ava priprema jela u kojima je be\u0161amel umak samo jedan od vi\u0161e koraka. Osim toga be\u0161amel umak se mo\u017ee i zamrznuti i vaditi iz zamrziva\u010da po potrebi. Tu je va\u017eno voditi ra\u010duna o tome da se zamrzne u manjim posudama ili vre\u0107icama, odnosno u koli\u010dinama koje uobi\u010dajeno trebaju za jedan obrok jer ga se zamrznutog ne mo\u017ee dijeliti, a kada se jednom odmrzne, be\u0161amel se treba potro\u0161iti. Ja radije pakiram u manje vre\u0107ice, pa ako mi za neko jelo treba vi\u0161e umaka tada \u0107u radije izvaditi dvije vre\u0107ice be\u0161amel umaka nego da ga izvadim previ\u0161e.
