Dok se grah jo\u0161 kuha, bez isklju\u010divanja graha pripremite zapr\u0161ku. Kada dodate zapr\u0161ku u grah, nastavite ga kuhati jo\u0161 desetak minuta. Dodat \u017elicu bra\u0161na i lagano mije\u0161aju\u0107i pr\u017eiti da dobije zlatno\u017eutu boju. Dodati \u017eli\u010dicu paprike i \u017eli\u010dicu vegete, promije\u0161at i dodati u grah. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umjesto vegete se mo\u017ee dodati mljeveni bijeli luk, papar i sol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zapr\u0161ka za grah, varijanta 2:\u00a0 Zdrava zapr\u0161ka za grah bez zapr\u0161ke<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sastojci za zapr\u0161ku za grah: \u017eli\u010dica crvene paprike i \u0161alica kuhanog graha iz graha koji se kuha<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvadite iz kuhanog graha jednu \u0161alicu graha i malo vode u kojoj se kuhao, te izblendajte. Vratite u posudu i pustite da jo\u0161 malo zajedno kuha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zapr\u0161ka za grah &#8211; varijanta 3: Zdrava zapr\u0161ka za grah od krumpira<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sastojci za zapr\u0161ku: skuhani krumpir (mo\u017ee se kuhati zajedno s grahom) i 1 \u017eli\u010dica sos raj\u010dice ili koncentrata raj\u010dice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada stavite grah kuhati ubacite unutra i jedan ve\u0107i oguljeni krumpir. Kada je grah kuhan izvadite krumpir i zgnje\u010dite ga blenderom. Dodajte jo\u0161 \u017elicu sos raj\u010dice (koncentrata raj\u010dice). Vratite u grah i pustite da jo\u0161 malo zajedno kuha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zapr\u0161ka za grah &#8211; varijanta 4:&nbsp;Hladna zapr\u0161ka za grah<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sastojci za zapr\u0161ku: 1 dec (100 ml) hladne vode, 1 \u017elica gustina ili o\u0161trog bra\u0161na, 1 \u017eli\u010dica mljevene crvene paprike, 1 \u017eli\u010dica vegete (umjesto vegete se mo\u017ee dodati sol, papar i bijeli luk).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve dobro izmije\u0161at i ulit u klju\u010dali grah ili drugo varivo. Dodati soli po ukusu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U \u0161alici ne smije biti grudica, zato je bolje birati o\u0161tro bra\u0161no jer se ono lak\u0161e razmuti u bodi od obi\u010dnog glatkog bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zapr\u0161ka za grah &#8211; varijanta 5<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sastojci za zapr\u0161ku: masno\u0107a, \u017elica o\u0161trog bra\u0161na, sol, vegeta, \u017elica koncentrata od raj\u010dice <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na masno\u0107u ili ulje dodati \u017elicu o\u0161trog bra\u0161na, pr\u017eiti dok ne dobije \u017eu\u0107kastu biju. Dodati crvene paprike, soli, vegete te \u017elicu sos paradajza \/ koncentrata od raj\u010dice. Dodati malo teku\u0107ine iz graha kako bi se sve sjedinilo i postalo rje\u0111e. Kad zapr\u0161ka postane ujedna\u010dena dodati je u grah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mora li se grahu dodati zapr\u0161ka?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Grahu se ne mora dodati zapr\u0161ka, ona dopunjuje okuse, grah s njom postaje gu\u0161\u0107i, ali se grah mo\u017ee napraviti i bez nje. Ako se radi salata s grahom ili neko sli\u010dno jelo zapr\u0161ka ne treba.
